Molecular imprinting technology can be used for environmental analysis and biometrics,because of its simple and convenient realization of specific identification between different molecules,coupled with its low cost and high selectivity.In recent years,with the chemical biology and other disciplines research by leps and bounds,molecular imprinting technology has also been the corresponding development,especially in electrochemical sensors and other applications.Molecularly imprinted polymers are synthetic recptors,with specific recognition sites,which can identify objects with specific functional groups,and have excellent stability.So in recent years,there have been endless research on molecularly imprinted polymers,especially for small molecules and biomolecules,and there have been many reports on the application of molecularly imprinted polymers to potential-type sensors.Although molecularly imprinted polymers have been extensively studied and reported in recent years,there are few studies on the application of molecularly imprinted polymers to all solid-state potential sensors,and there are few reports on soluble molecularly imprinted polymers.Based on this,we first synthesized the traditional molecular imprinted polymer,it applied to all solid-state potential sensor,in addition to the development of a convenient synthesis of soluble molecular imprinted nanorods(MINs)method.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Study on the traditional molecularly imprinted polymer:The molecular imprinted polymer was synthesized by using a kind of environmental pollutant bisphenol S as template,and it was used as ionophore and combined with nano-gold conductive layer to prepare potential sensor.Due to the specific binding of molecular imprinting,the prepared potential type sensor can effectively detect bisphenol S,the detection limit can reach 0.04?M,the linear range is 0.1 to 0.2?M.And the sensor has excellent selectivity,stability and reversibility.2.A simple method for the synthesis of soluble nanorods was developed.The nanorods synthesized by this method have excellent solubility in organic phases such as chloroform,dichloromethane and dimethyl sulfoxide.The application of imprinted polymers in all respects provides infinite possibilities.
