The composition of the inhibition agent on the effect of the inhibition ratio and anti rust performance of the anti rust agent have been researched by electrochemical acceleration corrosion and different environmental atmosphere corrosion experiments.The relationship and regulation among the composition of anti rust agent,temperature of steel bars,temperature of the anti rust agent,treatment time and inhibition ratio have been established.The environmental friendly anti rust agent with high efficiency and low cost has been developed.The obtained anti rust agent was used practically for the anti rust of hot rolled steel bars dealt with water cooling in Anhui Changjiang Steel and Iron Limited Company.The prepared inorganic combined anti rust agent without Cr ions,nitrite and posionous substances is environmental friendly.The effect of the content of graphene and sodium carbonate on the inhibition ratio shows that the self-corrosion potential of the steel bars increases obviously and inhibition ratio increses with increasing the content of graphene and sodium carbonat.The optimal content of graphene and sodium carbonate is 0.02 wt.% and 20 wt.%,respectively and the inhibition ratio reaches 52.8%.The corrosion in atmosphere environment shows that no corrosion exists in the steel bars treated by inorganic combined anti rust agent after the steel bars are in the atmosphere environment for 90 days.The corrosion in the surface of the steel bars is not obvious in water environment conditions with the rain for 24 h.The corrosion in the surface of the steel bars is obvious in water environment conditions with the rain for 48 h.The role of the emulsion species on the inhibition ratio shows that the anti-corrosion performance of the steel bars can be improved by improving the self-corrosion potential and decreasing the corrosion current.The inhibition ratio is highest with the value of 71.5% when the flurocarbon emulsion DF-1 is added into the anti rust agent and the optimal content of flurocarbon emulsion DF-1 is 5wt.%.The anti-corrosion measurement shows that the corrosion in the surface of the steel bars is not obvious after the steel bars are in the rain environment for 24 h.With the increase of the time to 72 h,the corrosion in the surface of the steel bars is obvious.However,the degree corrosion of the steel bars is lower comparing the steel bars without water reinforcement.X-ray diffraction(XRD)shows that the corrosion products are composed of Fe2O3 and Fe3O4.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)shows that the surface of the steel bars are covered by dense anti rust film after the steel bars are treated by inorganic and macromolecule combined anti rust agent.The thickness of the anti rust film is about 30 ?m.The anti rust film is closely attached to the surface of the steel bars.The dense anti rust film with hydrophobic effect is formed by fluocarbon macromolecule and graphene preventing water molecule to the surface of steel bars and corrosion of the steel bars.The role of the anti rust parameters on the inhibition ratio shows that the inhibition ratio is in the range of 61.2% to 73.3% after the steel bars are treated using different anti rust parameters.The anti rust treatment parameters have no obvious effect in the inhibition ratio.The steel bars can be anti rust treated in wide anti rust parameters.The estimated dosage of the anti rust agent shows that the dosage of the anti rust agent decreases obviously with increasing the diameter of steel bars.The dosage of the anti rust agent is about 5.8 kg per ton steel bars with the diameter of 10 mm.With the increase of the diameter of the steel bars to 25 mm,the dosage is about 2.6 kg per ton steel bars.The role of the flurocarbon emulsion F-117 on the inhibition ratio shows that the inhibition ratio of the steel bars reaches 69.8% when the content of the flurocarbon emulsion F-117 is 3.5wt.%.The inhibition ratio of the steel bars is the highest with the value of 84.9% when the steel bars are treated by the anti rust agent with the content of the polyurethane curing agent MR-100 of 0.5wt.%.The optimal anti rust agent is “flurocarbon emulsion F-117 3.5%,sodium carbonate 20%,graphene 0.02% and polyurethane curing agent MR-100 0.5% and twelve carbon alcohol ester 0.1%”.The online anti rust of the steel bars in Anhui Changjiang Steel and Iron Limited Company shows that the anti rust treatment technology of the steel bars is high effective.The corrosion in atmosphere environment shows that no corrosion exists in the steel bars treated by the anti rust agent after the steel bars are in the atmosphere environment for at least 3 months.The corrosion in the surface of the steel bars is not obvious in water environment conditions with the rain for 24 h.The corrosion degree of the steel bars is lower comparing the steel bars without water reinforcement after the steel bars are in the rain environment for 168 h.The dosage of the anti rust agent is about 5 kg per ton steel bars with the diameter of 10 mm.
