At present,chemical synthesis is the mainly produce of raspberry ketone,there are some faults: 1.Using of a large number of organic solvents lead to the environmental pollution;2.Using of a large number of acid and base catalysts,causing serious equipment corrosion;3.The catalysts can not be recycled;4.The reaction yield is low,the reaction time is long.With the development of green chemistry,the reduction of environmental pollution is an important research content of green chemistry.As a new type of green material,ionic liquids have many advantages.In this paper,phenol and butanol ketone as the reaction material,one-step synthesis of raspberry ketone under the solvent-free,acidic functionalized ionic liquids as catalysts.Firstly,we prepared different functionalized acidic ionic liquids such as [TEA-PS][HSO4],[MIM-PS][HSO4],[TEA-PS][PTSA],[MIM-PS][PTSA],[TEA-PS][ H2PO4] and so on.We found that [TEA-PS][HSO4] had higher catalytic activity.For this reaction,the optimum conditions were determined as follows: reaction time 90 min;reaction temperature 50 ?;phenol:butanol ketone:ionic liquid = 5:1:0.2;the yield was 82.5%.At the same time,the catalyst was subjected to cyclic experiments,and the catalyst was characterized by FT-IR,NMR.In order to solve the problem of ionic liquids residue,we have prepared the immobilization of ionic liquids such as P[Vim-PS][HSO4],which is a new type of ionic liquids.The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: reaction temperature 80 ?;reaction time 2h;phenol:butanol ketone = 4:1;The amount of catalyst used was 10% of the weight of butanol ketone.The yield of reaction was 72.5%.The catalyst was also tested in the cycle,and the ionic liquid was characterized by FT-IR,NMR,TG and the possible reaction mechanism was proposed.In addition,we also use simple three-component phenol,formaldehyde and acetone by the acidic ionic liquid catalyst,synthesizing the raspberry ketone by one-pot,the yield was 30%.The research of this topic shows that the functionalized acidic ionic liquid can be applied to synthesize the raspberry ketone,which provides a new way to search for environment-friendly synthesize spices catalyst.
