Heterocyclic compounds occupy an important position in the field of pesticides,more than 70% of the chemical pesticides are heterocyclic compounds.Most of the heteroatom of heterocyclic compounds has the ability of coordination.Transition metal ions,such as copper,manganese and zinc,are essential elements for biological growth,and play an indispensable role in promoting plant growth and metabolism.Heterocyclic metal complexes not only have good biological activity,such as good resistance to insects,bacteria and viruses,but also have the function of sterilization and regulation of plant growth.Due to the high biological activity of heterocyclic metal complexes,heterocyclic metal complexes have gradually entered the pesticide market.Listing and using of metal complex pesticide,just like thiodiazole-copper,dithane z-78 and fumei manganese,is a sign of metal complexes entering into the field of pesticide.The subject adopts pesticide commodity or molecular which has been designed and synthesized of heterocyclic that derivatives in excellent activity.There is a further coordination with different metal ions,then a series of heterocyclic compounds and their transtion-metal complexes were synthesized.The external restrain plant of the compounds which leads to germs activity was tested roughly and make a further insecticidal activity test of the antifungal activity of the compounds.Its main contents and conclusion of the study were as follow:1.The three kinds of pesticide which was used to poison chlorpyrifos,Kang Kuan and Imidacloprid as raw materials.They respectively coordinate with copper(II),Mn(II),zinc(II),5 heterocyclic pesticide metal complexes and 2 imidacloprid pesticide derivative molecule were synthesized.There is an external antibacterial active test of 8 kinds of plant pathogens on 9 compounds and 3 original in vitro by using the Petri dish method,and make insecticidal activity test on excellent antibacterial activity of compound 2-4 by using leaf dipping method.2.Take Thiosemicarbazide as raw materials to compose the main components of leaf Kuling,that is 2-amino-1,3,4-two.Synthesis of 3 heterocyclic Shiff bases and 2kinds of reduced Shiff is based on aldehyde amine condensation reaction.Finally coordinate with copper(II),Mn(II),zinc(II)to synthesis 10 kinds of heterocyclic metal complexes.There is an external antibacterial active test of 4 kinds of plant pathogens on 16 compounds by using the Petri dish method.3.Take Thiosemicarbazide as raw materials,the synthesis of 2-amino-1,3,4-and 2-amino-5-two triazole thiophene-1,3,4-thiophene two phenyl triazole,then synthesized 2 chloro acetyl imine and 2 4-thiazolinone compounds,finally synthesized by Knoevenagle condensation reaction of 9 substituted phenyl thiazolinone compounds.The antibacterial activity test of 8 kinds of plant pathogenic on 15 compounds by using the Petri dish method.In summary,there are 39 kinds of heterocyclic compounds and their complexes which were synthesized in this paper,and 34 of them were new compounds.All the research results showed that complexes all have biological activity;the antibacterial activity of the complexes was higher than that of the ligand.When the ligand was same,the antibacterial activities of zinc(?)complexes were stronger than others;the antibacterial activity of heterocyclic compounds with halogen atoms is higher than that of other substituents.
