China is a developing country with coal as the main energy resource,the use of coal has produced large amounts of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and other air pollutants,which has caused serious air pollution problems.Aiming to solve this problem,the state has adopted strict measures to control coal-fired power plant emissions of nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide,and achieved remarkable results.But in other areas dominated by industrial boilers of enormous quantity and large coverage,flue gas treatment status is still serious.At present,the country issued the new standard for boiler flue gas,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides emission concentration limits greatly reduced,the emphasis of desulfurization and denitrification will be gradually transferred to the field of coal-fired industrial boilers.There is no suitable and effective desulfurization and denitration technology for the small and medium sized coal fired industrial boilers.Therefore,the development of high efficiency and low consumption desulfurization and denitration integration integration technology has been an urgent need.In the self-made spray tower,this paper study on simultaneous desulfurization and denitrtion by ammonia-based wet flue gas desulfurization and liquid phase Oxidation of chlorine dioxide.The effects of reaction temperature,the concentration of solution,liquid gas ratio,pH,initial SO2 and NO concentration on the removal efficiency of the pollutants were investigated.The operating parameters of the experimental control system are as follows: the flue gas flow rate is 25 m3/h,the absorption volume is 10 L,the initial concentration of SO2 and NO is 2286 mg/m3 and 536 mg/ m3.The optimal operating parameters are confirmed:the L/G is 12 L/m3,the concentration of ClO2 and ammonia was 150 mg/L and 0.3%,the reaction temperature is 40 °C,pH is 6.Under the optimal condition,the efficiencies of desulfurization and denitration could retain 100% and 93.2% respectively.Based on the analysis of the main components of the absorption liquid,the possible reaction mechanism was deduced.Finally,the thermodynamic and economic feasibility are discussed.This technology of ammonia-based wet flue gas desulfurization and liquid phase oxidation of chlorine dioxide has high efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification.Its effectively saves cost and occupied area,and the main products?ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate?can be recovered,without secondary pollution.The technology is suitable for the small and medium-sized coal-fired industrial boilers,which presents an economic and feasible way to solve the problem of small and medium sized industrial boiler flue gas treatment.
