With the rapid development of China's industry,as a major energy,coal has been widely used,leading to the deterioration of our environment,the problems such as air pollution and acid rain caused by SO2 which is produced by coal-fired boilers are particularly prominent,so SO2 emission reduction is of vital importance.In recent years,China began to accelerate the pollution control,and continuously improve the pollutant discharge standards,including key areas of thermal power plant SO2 emission standards for 50 mg / Nm3.According to the requirements of national emission reduction policy,the relevant enterprises have started to install or reform the desulphurization equipment.In this paper,the present situation of flue gas desulfurization technology is introduced based on the necessity of flue gas desulfurization.The technical processes,advantages and disadvantages of some main desulfurization technologies,such as limestoneMagnesium oxide method,ammonia method,sea water desulfurization method,circulating fluidized bed method and spray drying desulfurization method are analyzed in detail.And according to the own environmental standards,site conditions,Desulfurization agent supply,boiler scale and flue gas characteristics of this subject,a chemical company in Shandong,taking the treatment effect,economic investment,recycling and other aspects into accounts,we finally choose wet ammonia desulfurization as the project's desulfurization technology.Based on the research on the mechanism,process and technical characteristics of ammonia flue gas desulfurization,it is found that wet ammonia desulfurization has the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency,small equipment area,easy maintenance and developing circular economy,etc..It can achieve the purpose of not only dealing with SO2 flue gas,but also the production of fertilizer,is now strongly advocated as a model of sustainable development.This paper designs a typical wet ammonia desulfurization unit for a conventional 1 × 130 t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler of a chemical industry.The flue gas desulphurization project,concluding the exhaust gas desulfurization system,ammonium sulfite oxidation system,ammonium sulfate solution storage,concentration,centrifugal system,process water system,ammonia supply system,solution recovery system and their auxiliary equipment have been selected and designed,the tower structure and the corresponding size have been confirmed,to simplify the process,energy saving and the development of circular economy purposes through optimization.At the same time,the economic and feasibility analysis of the flue gas desulfurization system in this paper shows that this project can realize the flue gas desulfurization of the chemical company's coal-fired boiler,which may reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide in the exhaust gas,increase the recycling rate of the waste water,produce the by-products of fertilizer,and achieve the purpose of energy-saving emission reduction,it has both environmental benefits and economic benefits.Finally,this paper looks at the problems existing in this project.
