Recently benzoxazinone derivatives are widely studied and used in the green pesticide fields in order to find out novel pesticide lead compounds for their good biological activities.Totally 80 novel target compounds were obtained by using active group splicing,and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS.The biological activities of these compounds were evaluated.The results showd that A1-A36 and B1-B44 had favorable biological activity against Tetranychus cinnabarinus.At 20 mg/L,most of A and B compounds could have high insecticidal activities Tetranychus cinnabarinus,while compounds A10 and A24 exhibited 45%and 10%mortality against Tetranychus cinnabarinus at 4 mg/L.Pyrimidine and imidazole derivatives show high antifungal activity.So,on the basis of benzimidazole derivatives,the study obtained purine derivatives by substituting benzene ring for pyrimidine ring.Totally 12 novel target compounds were obtained by using active group splicing,and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS.The antifungal activity of these compounds were evaluated.The results showd that D1-D12 had favorable antifungal activity against Bremia lactucae and Botrytis cinerea.At 80 mg/L,the compounds D3,D5,D6,D10 could have high antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea,while compounds D6 exhibited 30%mortality against Botrytis cinerea and compounds D10 exhibited 25%mortality against Bremia lactucae at 4 mg/L.
