Nowadays,the development of aluminum and aluminum industry is becoming more and more rapid,and the application of aluminum products in people's daily life is becoming more and more widely used.In the context of building a resource-saving society,the recycling of aluminum is taken seriously.At present the recycling of industrial aluminum,impurity elements(Fe,Si,etc.)content is high,resulting in poor performance and less use.It has been found that the addition of grain refinement to aluminum and alloys will have small and uniform texture,improving machinability and mechanical properties,electrical conductivity,and improved product quality.The current method of wide use in the industry is to add filamentous refiner in the continuous casting and rolling line.Because of the Aluminumlight weight,high strength,good conductivity and other advantages,Aluminum is widely used by the cable factory,the industry will be refined after aluminum aluminum cable is a very good choice.Fine grain refinement can improve the strength and performance of aluminum.The addition of trace elements has a great influence on the microstructure and properties of aluminum alloy.In this paper,the effects of Al-5Ti-1B-M(M = La / Ce / Y / Ca)on the microstructure,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of industrial aluminum-Al-Fe-Si.In order to find a new and efficient intermediate alloy refiner to improve the performance of industrial aluminum,as an industrial cable raw materials.In this paper,the effect of different rare earth elements on the properties of Al-Fe-Si alloy was studied by changing the experimental raw materials,operation technology and heat treatment.We have some conclusions:1,The influence of different trace elements on the microstructure of the intermediate alloy refiner is not obvious,and the microstructure and properties of the Al-5Ti-1B-La master alloy refiners are better.2,he tensile properties,hardness and electrical conductivity of recycled aluminum have been changed after the addition of the intermediate alloy refiner,and the properties of the recycled aluminum added with Al-5Ti-1B-La master alloy refiners have been improved.3,the effect of industrial use of KBF4,K2TiF6 is better and the preparation cost is greatly reduced.4.After the heat treatment process,the change of performance of recycled aluminum is not obvious...
