As biomarkers of many diseases,glycoproteins are of great significance to clinical diagnostics.However,the determination of low abundant glycoproteins in complex biological samples without any pretreatment process is still a problem.In this study,a rapid and convenient method for highly efficient enrichment and detection of glycoproteins is reported,based on surface molecular imprinting and p H-responsive materials.The main research work carried out as follow:1.We presented novel magnetic MIPs nanoparticles combining the advantage of boronate affinity and cationic p H-responsive hydrogels to selectively separate glycoproteins.4-vinylphenylbronic acid?VPBA?,2-?Dimethylamino?ethyl methacrylate?DMA?and N,N-methylenebis acrylamide?MBA?were selected to frame the MIP layer.The p H-sensitive swelling/shrinking behavior was investigated by measuring swelling radio at different p H.The adsorption property of the resultant surface MIPs was demonstrated by rebinding experiments.It was found that,rapidly capture-release of OVA could be modulated by changing solution p H.Moreover,high absorption ability?81.2 mg/g?was achieved within about 10 min.2.First,Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles modified with phenylboronic acid as supporters,using covalent bond with boronic acid affinity carbohydrate binding glycoprotein OVA makes the target orbit on the surface of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles.Dopamine as monomers,coated on the carrier surface imprinted layer,finally removed the template.The results showed that the imprinted particles had good adsorption and selectivity to OVA.3.We presented a RLS sensor which could recognize glycoprotein specifically.When free radical polymerization was initiated,the specific cavities were located in the MIPs coating.The RLS intensity of the as-prepared sensor changed in response to the change of p H of environment.The RLS sensor exhibited good performance with high efficiency?15min?and a low limit detection of 0.13 n M.
