Three-dimensional electrode-electric fenton coupling method is a new type of electrochemical water treatment technology.It is widely used in the field of wastewater treatment in recent years,especially for refractory organic wastewater treatment.This subject adopts three-dimensional electrode-electric fenton coupling method to deal with oil produced water of refractory.Conducting systematically studied and performance studied of three-dimensional electrode-Fenton electrically coupling method,providing technical basis treatment of refractory organic wastewater.This study test apparatus for homemade three-dimensional electrode-electric fenton reactor,treating object is simulate oil produced water.Main research contents include:(1)Electricity pole material choicing of three-dimensional electrode-electric fenton coupling method to deal with oil produced water;(2)Systematically studied of three dimensional electrode-electric fenton coupling method;(3)Performance studied of three dimensional electrode electric fenton coupling method;(4)Continuous experiment dealing with oil produced water experiment research.Compared with iron electrode and carbon electrode as anode materials,iron electrode anode can complement the consumption of Fe2+ through fenton reaction in the reactor,treatment effect is good and stability,suitable for anode materials;Compared with activated carbon,nano-iron,nickel foam,test result shows that the treatment effect by 3 mm columnar activated carbon for oil mixed with nano iron particle electrode discharging produced water is the best,when mixing ratio of 2:1,the removal rate of COD is up to 80.37%,grease removal rate is up to 91.52%.Through single factor experiment,discussing initial concentration of salicylic acid,pH value,electrolysis voltage concentration,plate spacing,aeration intensity and other influence factors on the oil produced water treatment effect,and the optimum reaction conditions were determined that aeration intensity is 0.8 L/min,the pH value is 4,electrolysis voltage is 12 V,concentration of electrolyte is 5 g/L,plate spacing is 9 cm.In this reactor under the condition of Fe2+ concentrations is up to 19.72mg/L,H2O2 concentration is up to 14.37mg/L,OH concentration is up to 8.76 ? mol/L.Through single factor experiment,discussing the reaction time,oil content,pH value,the water electrolysis voltage,concentration of electrolyte,plate spacing,oxygen and other influence factors on the oil produced water treatment effect,and the optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments for water oil content is 100 mg/L,the reaction time of 120 min,the air is 0.8 L/min,the pH is 4,electrolysis voltage of 12 V,concentration of electrolyte additive to 5 g/L,plate spacing is 4 cm.Under the condition of the oil removal efficiency can reach 91.17%,COD removal rate as high as 85.67%.At last,by 1 stopt software for simulating reactor process are:?=F(x1,x2,x3,x4,x5)=0.318×f1(x)0.067f2(x)5.31×10-4f3(x)2.67×10-10f4(x)0.302f5(x)0.578?=F(x1,x2,x3,x4,x5)=0.0116×f1(x)0.377f2(x)8.53×10-6f3(x)1.44×10-8f4(x)0.562f5(x)0.466Three-dimensional electrode-fenton method and two-dimensional electrode method treatment of phenol wastewater contrast test results show that the complex three-dimensional electrode polarity phenol wastewater treatment the removal rate is higher than the two-dimensional electrode method by more than 15%,and when the phenol removal rate at about 90%,complex three-dimensional electrode polarity than two-dimensional electrode method and energy saving nearly 40%.The complex three-dimensional electrode polarity to the requirements of the pH value is slightly lower than two-dimensional electrode method;Can be relatively high concentration phenol wastewater treatment;Less dosage of electrolytic low voltage,electrolyte.Continuity test degradation of oil produced water in water quality guarantee further reduce power consumption under the condition of optimal operation parameters for air is 0.8 L/min,pH value of 3.5,electrolysis voltage of 12 V,concentration of electrolyte additive to 5 g/L,plate spacing is 5 cm.Three-dimensional electrode-electric fenton coupling method to deal with oil produced water effect,simple operation,no secondary pollution,than conventional two-dimensional electrode method and energy saving,high efficiency,is an effective method for treatment of refractory organic wastewater.Through the further research and improvement,can be popularized and applied in practical engineering.
