High precision and ultra-precision machine tool system is indispensable processing equipment of China's aerospace industry,national defense industry and civilian industry.The high speed motorized spindle is the core functional assembly for precision machine tool system.The high speed motorized spindle works by driving the installed knife high speed rotation to realize the precision and ultra-precision process.High-speed spindle rotary motion error is the main technical parameters for evaluating precision and ultra precision CNC machine tool processing equipment spindle systematic movement precision;meanwhile,it's also an main factor of processing parameter determining the dimension accuracy,shape as well as its position accuracy and surface finishment of CNC processing equipment.When testing spindle system rotary movement error,the roundness deviation of spindle system can easily mix in the rotary movement error.But when testing the high-speed and high-precision spindle system rotary speed error,impact of roundness deviation cannot be ignored.The key to discuss the spindle system rotary movement error is to study the error separation deeply.This paper introduce in detail the vertical two point method error separation method of simple principle and efficient operation,which can test the spindle system running state during actual machining parts and components.By designing the testing system,a new systematic testing method and detailed technology processing data were put forth.For defining efficiency and reliability of vertical two point error separation method,the precision of mixed error signal separation are verified and analyzed.With the carrier of the Matlab software,spindle system rotary movement error operation program are compiled.Using this program,operate,compare and discuss the spindle rotary movement error.Observe the separation result of vertical two points rotary movement error separation method by obtained graph.Moreover,this paper analyzes the rotary turns' impact on separation effect and separation precision tendency.By the detecting unit of motion studies of vertical two point rotary movement error separation method,detect spindle system rotary precision.Analysis vertical two point method's measuring motorized spindle rotary precision,utilizing vertical two points separation error method to process the experimental data and obtain main spindle unit's rotary movement precision under deferent rotational speed.The study suggests that when the unit speed of motorized spindle is above 10000r/min.rotary movement precision increases and tend to be the same.Find out the influence factor to motorized spindle unit rotary movement precision and summarized them.Important theory and experimental reference should be provided to the real time measurement and speed control of motorized spindle unit rotary movement precision. |
