The sewage treatment process Chaoyang County District sewage treatment plant is researched,the reasonable process plan for the construction of Chaoyang County Science urban sewage treatment plants is recommended.To ensure the effluent water can reach the "urban sewage treatment plant emission standards"(GB18918-2002)first level A standard.The Daling River water qutlity can be improved after The effluent of Chaoyang County District sewage treatment plant discharged.Process achievement can provide suggestions and references for other related projects.Take the highest water demand prediction through maximum daily water consumption method?comprehensive population water index method and construction land comprehensive water index method for datum,wastewater rate 80%,sewage volume is determined.In 85%cumulative frequency measured water quality indexes under guarantee rate as the influent indexes accorded with the water quality in our country,the concentration of typical domestic wastewater,and the neighbouring town of sewage treatment plant water qulity index similar to determine the influent water quality.Based on national emission standards,environmental requirements and local water standards to determine the effluent water quality.Take the sewage volume?influent and effluent water qulity as starting point to conduct research sewage treatment process from technical and economic aspects.Process parameters are optimizied with grey correlation analysis method and grey entropy method.The structure of each treatment process are designed and calculated,related processes drawings are drawn.Take construction land comprehensive water index method for datum,wastewater rate 80%,(recent 2015)sewage volume of 2× 104m3/d.influent water quality,CODcr,BOD5,SS,NH3-N,TN and TP is 200mg/L,250mg/L?380mg/L 20mg/L,40mg/L and 5.0mg/L,respectively.Sewage effluent quality should meet the "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard"(GB18918-2002)first level of A standard.Coarse grid-fine grid-cyclone sedimentation tanks as first level treatment,A2/O process as second level treatment,high-density sedimentation tanks,micro-filtration system,a combination of UV disinfection technology as the depth of treatment,sludge using mechanical concentration,press dewatering process.On the biological mechanism of A2/O process and engineering experiences for the support,process parameters is optimized and biochemical pool is calculated and designed.A2/O biological pool for a combined comprehensive pool,is composed of three parts,anaerobic zone and anoxic zone using plug flow structure,after the aerobic zone using completely mixed type structure,divided into two groups operation,the residence time;14.35h(anaerobic 2.64h,facultative aerobic section 3.37h,8.34h),sludge age:16d,sludge load:0.082kgBOD5/(kgMLSS· d),mixed liquor concentration:3560mg/L,gas water ratio,8.64:1.Nitrification liquid return ratio:160%,sludge return ratio:80%,size:49 m×43 m×7.0m(H),effective depth:6.0m,the effective volume:10852m3.Coarse grid-fine grid-cyclone sedimentation tanks as first level treatment,A2/O process as second level treatment,high-density sedimentation tanks,micro-filtration system,a combination of UV disinfection technology as the depth of treatment,and has resistance to impact high load capacity.Effluent indicators can reach "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard"(GB18918-2002)class A level standard,can meet the design requirements of wastewater treatment plant.The processing cost is low,the unit cost of 1.64 yuan/m3,operation costs 1 yuan/m3,at the same time,process achievement can provide suggestions and references for other related projects which scale is small and water quality is similar.
