Energy problem is becoming more and more serious,the development and utilization of new energy is particularly important,supercapacitors as a green chemical power has been paid much attention.In the current research of supercapacitors,it contains important application and theoretical significance of the development of electrode materials with high specific capacitance.In this paper,activated mesoporous molecular sieves were fabricated by activating the mesoporous molecular sieves through alkyl coupling agent.The mesoporous molecular sieves with activated carbon as template and acetylene as carbon source were prepared by vapor deposition method.The templates were removed by soaking in hydrofluoric acid to obtain double template carbon.And its electrochemical properties were investigated as electrode materials in supercapacitors.The main results are as follows:1.Activation of the mesoporous molecular sieve by the alkyl coupling agent hexamethyldisiloxane makes the inorganic powder and organic polymer matrix of the two kinds of materials with different properties be firmly bonded together through the interface action to obtain the activated mesoporous molecular sieves.The surface morphology and composition of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and physical adsorption instrument.The results showed that the active mesoporous molecular sieves have been silanized and the mesoporous molecular sieves have been kept well.The surface area of the active mesoporous molecular sieves is similar with as-prepared.2.By controlling the deposition time,activated mesoporous molecular sieve with carbon deposition for three hours,six hours,and nine hours were prepared by acetylene deposition into the activated mesoporous molecular sieve channel by vapor deposition method.The carbon template was removed by hydrofluoric acid so as to obtain dual template carbon.The surface morphology and composition of the composites were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and physical adsorption instrument.The results showed that the as-prepared template carbon retained the original template,and contains a high specific surface area,a large amount of mesopores and a certain amount of micropores.At the current density of 10 mA·g-1,the capacitance of dual template carbon of 3h is 154 F·g-1,after 1000 cycles,the initial specific capacitance remained more than 90%.The internal resistance of template carbon of 3h was only 0.45 ?,suggesting good electrical conductivity.Mesoporous molecular sieve is activated by alkyl coupling agent,which makes acetylene cracked on the surface of molecular sieve easier,which makes the different specific surface area and micropore volume of the dual template carbon with different deposition time,the larger the specific surface area and the more micropores are more favorable for the transportation and storage of the material with the electrolyte ions,which makes it have better electrochemical performance.
