Pesticide adjuvant is artificially added to pesticide formulations as auxiliary ingredients,other than the active ingredient in the formulation,accounted for a large share of the pesticide formulations,ranging from several percent to more than 90%.China is the country of large pesticide production and use of pesticide in the world,large amount of pesticide adjuvant were widely used.The toxicity of many high risk pesticide adjuvant were more toxicity than the pesticides,and the excessive use is not only a direct damage to human health,but also to the environment.Tristyrylphenol ethoxylates(TSPn EO),as a non-ionic surfactant in pesticide adjuvant are widely used in pesticide formulations.Due to its extensive use in agriculture,its residue in agricultural products and toxicity have gradually aroused wide attention from researchers.However,few study of determination method and environment behavior of tristyrylphenol ethoxylates has been reported.Therefore,this study was based on the study of tristyrylphenol ethoxylates pesticide adjuvant.In this study,a high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method analytical method of tristyrylphenol ethoxylates was developed,and the degradation regularity on lettuce was studied,the main contents and results are as follows:1.The PDA detector was combined with mass spectrometry detector,a quantitative model was established based on molar absorption coefficients,the mass fraction of each oligomer(n=5-27)was determined.The mass fraction of each oligomer of TSPnEO(n=5-27)were 3.26%,0.51%,0.93%,1.56%,2.65%,3.54%,4.73%,5.96% 7.21%,8.12%,8.62%,8.79%,8.33%,7.72%,6.80%,5.86%,4.78%,3.73%,2.80%,1.97%,1.32%,0.64% and 0.17%.2.The DSPE-LC-MS/MS quantitative detection method of TSPnEO(n=5-18)was established.At the spiked level of 200 ?g/kg,500 ?g/kg,1 mg/kg of ?TSPnEOs,the recoveries of TSPnEO(n=5-18)in vegetable were 64.3-108.0%(except TSP12 EO was 42.9%),and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is within 1.8%-19.0%.The recoveries of TSPnEO(n=5-18)were 60.4-99.6%(except TSP5 EO 51.3% and TSP10 EO 141.4%)in soil at spiked level of 1 mg/kg of ?TSPnEOs,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is within 2.0-20.4%.The instrument detection limit was 0.10-2.55 ?g/kg.3.Through pot experiment and field experiment of lettuce and soil,half-life of lettuce and soil in this two environment was obtained.The half-life in pot experiment of ?TSPnEOs and 14 oligomers of TSPnEO(n=5-18)on lettuce were 1.76-9.24 d,as for soil the half-life of ?TSPnEOs and 14 oligomers of TSPnEO(n=5-18)were 6.42-99.02 d.In field experiment the half-life of ?TSPnEOs and 14 oligomers of TSPnEO(n=5-18)on lettuce were 2.45-9.63 d,as for soil the half-life of ?TSPn EOs and 14 oligomers of TSPnEO(n=5-18)were 6.24-69.31 d,the results were similar with pot experiment.
