After years of practice and demonstration,China's deep-sea mining of the existing technical program is the use of hydraulic mining methods,the deep-sea mining system mainly by the surface platform,underwater mining system and crawler-type ore collector composed of three parts.And the salt pipe is connected with the surface platform and the ore collector,the three together constitute a linkage system,the spatial pattern of the mine pipe is effective to the safety and stability of the system and the autonomous walking of the collector and its trajectory.Vital influence.According to the requirements of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of the International Oceanic Resources Survey and Development of the China Ocean Association,this paper considers the deep-sea mining system in the combined action of wave-flow and the direction of motion and the direction of the wave current on the basis of the theory of three-dimensional multi-rigid body discrete element Environment,according to the specific parameters of photoelectric composite cable and buoyant bucket,combined with the saddle-shaped cable layout requirements,the establishment of the sea test for the deep-sea mining system virtual prototype model.This paper discusses the dynamic behavior of the deep-sea mining system in different horizontal mining width,different mining speed,different relative distance between the collector and the mining vessel,such as the single-arch and double-arch saddle-shaped cable influences.The results show that the force of the collector,cable and surface platform will gradually increase when the collector gradually leaves the vertical plane of the vertical axis of the surface platform.The single and double arch saddle The higher the width of the system,the greater the dynamic behavior of the system,the less the mining behavior,the smaller the mining speed,the dynamic behavior of the system,and the greater the efficiency of the system.The more stable the performance,but the speed is too small affect the operating efficiency;collector and mining ship relative distance is smaller,the system is relatively smaller force,the more stable dynamic behavior characteristics,but the distance is too small is not conducive to the saddle shape to maintain,And may even be cable and the sea contact,winding and local configuration instability and so on.
