Now, with the overall size of roadwayis increasing,excavation use U-shaped steel lifting support is becoming increasingly apparent, the existing lift technology has been unable to meet the requirements of U-shaped steel lifting support, resulting in roadway support speed slow, affecting coal production,So the supportU-shaped steel installation ofexcavation roadway has become an urgent problem.Rational design of an advanced U-shaped steel lifting equipment in order to improve the efficiency and safety of roadway process, not only to solve practical problems of production andcomply the development trend of coal mining mechanization technology.This paper proposes a mine self-shift U-shaped steel crank lift can be quickly installed U-shaped steel support in the roadway, and can be temporary support in the tunnel roof crush case..Papers related to the use of modern design theory and method, first analyzed U-shaped steel lifting process for the current market demand and actual use of the environment, to design a mine crank lift, lift for fast and safe roadway excavation U-shaped steel l,U-shaped steel support in order to solve the problem. On this basis, designed to overcome the difficulties to obtain a reasonable mechanical system solutions.Through the use of three-dimensional modeling of three-dimensional mechanical design software solidworks system concept design, machine, get a three-dimensional geometric model of virtual prototype.Then, based on multi-body dynamics software ADAMS, kinematics simulation analysis of mine crank lift with a working device, got mine crank lift some of the major operations such as the overall size of the job scope, and get the support arm, kinematic parameters of the boom, arm, hook lifting speed acceleration curve, verify that the design meets the requirements of practical work. Through the study of the lifting force of the support arm, boom, arm lift force status when U-beam simulation tests revealed the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the law work for mining crank lift device for the analysis of the strength of the parts made preparations.Finally, based on the results ADAMS analysis using ABAQUS software, the main components of the lift, boom and arm strength to do the analysis, the greatest boom and arm stress and maximum deformation. Proposed changes were made to the boom and arm,and lay the foundation for the final physical prototype manufacturing.
