Coking industry as part of the iron and steel industry is one of the most important is developing rapidly in recent years,China is already the world's coke production and exports.In an increasingly tense energy and increasing environmental protection consciousness of today,How to improve the quality of coking products in China,Is an urgent and important task.The stability of the coke oven temperature vertical is the key to the control of coke oven heating process and focus,It directly affects the quality of the coking and yield.Coke oven is a complex industrial controlled object,There is no a precise mathematical model.it is difficult to obtain good control effect by adopting the conventional PID algorithm.This paper starts from the development of coke oven,coking processes and the problems that exist in the coke oven heating process control.This paper taking the third oven of Coal gasification Co.LTD.in Donge,ShanDong,designs the overall structures of the coke oven heating control system.Coke oven heating control system controlled by the furnace temperature control system and the suction system of two independent subsystems.According to the characteristics of the temperature vertical and control requirements,This paper adopts the cascade control scheme is put forward.In this scenario,As the main circuit of variable temperature control with GPC algorithms,On the other hand,vice loop variables define as the gas flow of the Blast furnace was applied with PID control algorithm.The control scheme realizes the synthesis optimization of the system.Then by comparing with the simulation of PID control in static characteristic,dynamic characteristic,robustness and the ability of anti-disturbance,Experimental results show that the algorithm can get outstanding achievements in the coke oven heating control.How to achieve coke oven heated cascade control system in Beijing Hollysys DCS system was described in detail at the end of this paper.The results showed that the system had small temperature fluctuations and improved burning efficiency after putting into operation,Used by the solution of the desired performance requirements have been completed.
