In recent years,water pollution has seriously restricted the sustainable development of China's economy and the people's normal production and life in some areas.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to develop the sewage treatment industry.With the development of science and technology and the rapid development of water treatment technology.constantly improve the level of intelligence in the process of sewage treatment requirements,so the use of the latest industrial automation control technology and intelligent instrument for monitoring and controlling process of the sewage is very necessary.In this paper,taking the design and development process control system of a sewage treatment in Dagang District of Tianjin as the background.First of all,the paper introduces the process of sewage treatment process and the key link of the processing characteristics,Determine the overall control architecture to build PLC control network,complete the design of the hardware.Then,write down the PLC control program of the lower computer and the WinCC configuration screen of the host computer,and finally complete the design of the automatic control system of the sewage treatment process.In view of the sewage treatment process of pH neutralization titration is difficult to control algorithm research.Due to the high nonlinearity and uncertainty of pH and the traditional PID control method based on classical control theory,the traditional control method can not get a good control effect.By analyzing the chemical reaction mechanism of pH and combining with the structural characteristics of the generalized predictive control algorithm,The control model of the object is established,and the pH and the generalized predictive controller based on SIEMENS PLC control system are derived.The results show that the control effect of the pH value is more effective than the traditional PID control,And the effectiveness of the method is also demonstrated by practical field applications.
