The coking process of coke oven is characterized by large time delay,large inertia,strong nonlinearity and strong coupling.The fire path temperature is the main parameter in the process.The stability of the flue temperature is directly related to the maturity of coke and the service life of the furnace body.An accurate mathematical model is established to optimize the heating process of coke oven.It has a very important practical significance to reduce the energy consumption of coke oven,improve the maturity of coke,prolong the service life of the furnace and reduce the emission of pollutants.In this thesis,according to the coke oven production process,a large amount of fi-eld data of coking process was analyzed.The fuzzy T-S model identification algorithm based on subtractive clustering and fuzzy C-means clustering was applied to identify the model of fire path temperature relationship.This algorithm simplifies the process of the identification of the premise structure.On this basis,the fuzzy neural network model is used to learn the parameters of the model and the global model of coke oven coking was obtained.The simulation results show that the identification accuracy of the model is high by the MATLAB software,which provides a theoretical basis for the field application.By means of cascade control scheme,the global model was realized to control the fire path temperature by fuzzy PID controller.The simulation results of fuzzy PID and the conventional PID control algorithm was compared and analyzed respectively.Finally,the distributed control system was introduced,and the control algorithm was applied to the JX-300 XP system.This thesis lists the corresponding control flow chart and configuration diagram,and gets the temperature trend diagram before and after the operation of the control scheme.According to the analysis of the change trend chart,it shows that the control method has fast response speed in the control system,control the temperature difference effictively and meet the requirements of on-site production,as well as reduce energy consumption well.
