With the passage of time and the rapid economic development,drugs have been followed by the pace of economic development in the market on a large number of listed,people have a great demand for drugs.Can follow the alarm and worry about the safety of drugs.The safety of drugs plays a pivotal role in people's minds,so it is important to analyze the drugs.Since the matrix composition in the drug is complex and the content of the compound is trace,the sample must be pre-treated prior to sample analysis.Commonly used drugs enrichment and separation methods are solid phase extraction,liquid phase extraction and magnetic solid phase extraction method.Although they have a lot of advantages,such as the need for fewer experimental staff,simple operation,low experimental costs,but they also have shortcomings,such as time-consuming,polluting the environment.In this paper,mixed hemimicelle solid phase extraction and magnetic nano-materials as the research background,mixed micelles and magnetic nano-materials as extractant,fluorescence spectrophotometer as a means to measure several drugs to achieve the drug High sensitivity determination.The research contents of this thesis are as follows:1.The development principle and application of mixed hemimicelle solid-phase extraction in recent years are briefly introduced,and compared with other sample pretreatment methods.The synthesis method,structure and other characterization of the new magnetic nanomaterials are reviewed and the significance,purpose and main contents of this paper are described.2.Fe2-xAlxO3,a new type of magnetic nanomaterial,was synthesized by hydrothermal method.The results show that this material has good characterization results.The magnetic material was used as the adsorbent for mixed hemimicelle solid-phase extraction,combined with fluorescence spectrophotometry for gatifloxacin and prulifloxacin.The pH of the sample solution,the type of the magnetic material and the amount of the magnetic material,the extraction time,the type of the analyte,and the analytical volume were optimized.Under the optimal conditions,the linear correlation coefficients of gatifloxacin and prulifloxacin were 0.9997 and 0.9998,the linear range was 0.4 120 ngˇmL-1 and 2 240 ngˇmL-1,and the detection limit was 0.030 And 0.070 ngˇmL-1.The recoveries of the samples were 98.72% 106.20%.The experimental results showed that this method could be used for the accurate determination of gatifloxacin and prulifloxacin in the actual samples.3.The content of carvedilol in biological samples and tablets was determined by mixed hemimicelle solid-phase extraction and fluorescence spectrophotometer.The new magnetic nanomaterial Fe2-xAlxO3 and the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate have a good extraction effect on carvedilol.The main factors affecting the extraction were such as the type of magnetic material,the amount of magnetic material,the pH of the extraction solution,the concentration of surfactant,the type of desorbent,the volume of desorbent,the extraction time and the analytical time.Under the optimized conditions,the fluorescence intensity of carvedilol showed a good linear relationship.The correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the linear range was 0.02-2.7 ngˇmL-1,the detection limit was ngˇmL-1,The recoveries were 101.50% 111.00%.Under the optimum conditions,the method was successfully applied to the determination of carvedilol in the tablets,human plasma and urine,and the recoveries were in the range of 101.50% 111.00%.4.In this paper,a new type of Fe2-xAlxO3 magnetic material and surfactant SDS were used as the adsorbents for the magnetic mixed hemimicelle solid-phase extraction of Berberine chloride and Palmatine hydrochloride by fluorescence spectrophotometer.Methods.Under the optimized conditions,the content of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride was linear with the absorbance value,the correlation coefficients were 0.9997 and 0.9998,the linear ranges were 0.2 110 ngˇmL-1 and 4 260 ngˇmL-1 The detection limit was 0.02 0.09 ngˇmL-1,and the recoveries of the samples were 98.23% 101.06%.The results showed that the method could be successfully used in the actual samples of Berberine chloride and Palmatine hydrochloride.
