Iron based liquid([Bmim]FeCl4,Fe-IL)as a green and non-aqueous phase wet oxidation desulfurization agent,it can achieve desulfurization and sulfur recovery.In the process of desulfurization,Fe-IL has the characteristic of high heat stability,low saturated vapor pressure,moderate oxidation and reduction potential,less by-products and high sulfur capacity.However it has the problem of high viscosity and low activity of Fe(?),so it cause hydrogen sulfide mass transfer effect is poor.In this work,based on the research basis of adding organic solvents to Fe-IL for enhance the absorption of H2S and the method of literature about the absorption kinetics,We add polyethylene glycol dimethyl ether(PEGDE)which has low viscosity to the Fe-IL,and prepare Fe-IL/PEGDE,and research its physicochemical parameter,investigate its desulfurization capacity under complex conditions.In this paper,what counts is illuminated the mechanism of strengthening desulfurization by dynamics research.And we also research the kinetic of oxygen regeneration reaction with Fe-IL/PEGDE to illuminate regeneration mechanism.The conclusions were as fllows:1.Measured density and viscosity of Fe-IL/PEGDE with different mass ratio at different temperatures.With increasing in temperature and mass ratio2.of PEGDE,the value of the density and viscosity are reduced.Measured phase equilibrium data of H2S in Fe-IL/PEGDE at different temperature and pressure.The results show that,with the decrease of temperature,increase of pressure and increase the mass ratio of PEGDE,the equilibrium solubility of H2S is increasing.And,as a result of Fe-IL/PEGDE has the character of physical absorption and chemical reaction,so the physical solubility of H2S is increasing when improving pressure and the mass ratio of PEGDE.2.On the bubbling absorption reactor,investigate the desulfurization performance under complex conditions,the results show that the optimum mass ratio of Fe-IL/PEGDE is 4:1.The Fe-IL/PEGDE system has high efficiency for high pressure,high concentration and high temperature sour.In the conditions of T=313.15 K,Ptotai= 1.7 MPa and yHzs=1%,the time of stable desulfurization is over 600 min and the sulfur capacity is over 20 g·L-t.Based on the research basis of Fe-IL and organic solvent desulfurization mechanism,in this work,we analyze the effect of PEGDE on desulphurization,PEGDE can promote generating the intermediates of PEGDE--HS-,thus promoting the chemical process of desulphurization.3.On static absorption reactor,research the absorption kinetic of oxidation sweetening,the results show that the absorption process belong to pseudo first order rapid reaction at experimental condition,the desulfurization process belongs to mass transfer control,improving temperature and the ratioof PEGDE can strengthen the effect of mass transfer.And at temperature of 313.15 K,observed oxidation kinetic constant kov is 21.14 s-1,PEGDE also impact on reaction dynamics,with increasing of mass ratio of PEGDE,reaction order of Fe(?)is increasing,it indicates that the reaction rate of Fe(?)and H2S is increasing by PEGDE,and it promote to H2S turn into S during desulfurization.4.In this paper,researchd the kinetic of oxygen regeneration reaction with Fe-IL/PEGDE,the results show that the O2 and Fe(?)reaction series all are 1.And O2 enter into liquid phase from gas phase is ratedeterming step in the whole regeneration process.
