This paper studies the three different kinds of iron base chelating solution Fe?EDTA?Fe??CyS?2?Fe?TEA in the presence of COZ and SO2 on the various factors influencing inquiry,CO2 SO2,determined as the iron base chelating agent complexation reaction mechanism of absorption of NO.In addition to through the establishment of phase interface with double stirred reactor,studied Fe?EDTA,Fe??CyS?2 complexing Fe?TEA solution absorbs the kinetic parameters of NO.From the viewpoint of dynamics research under different temperature,pH,O2 to Fe?EDTA,Fe??CyS?2,complexing Fe?TEA solution absorption of NO effect.In the presence of SO2 Fe?EDTA?Fe??CyS?2?Fe?TEA three kinds of chelating ferrous solution can promote complexing absorption of NO.Its reason in SO2 soluble in solution with the solution of the dissolved oxygen the raw response,Its reason in SO2 soluble in solution will react with the solution the dissolved oxygen in the raw,eliminating part of dissolved oxygen on the oxidation of FeZ+;SO2 soluble in solution,on the other hand,in the formation of SO32-can restore Fe3+ in the solution,make the substrate concentration in the solution increases,the absorption of NO increased efficiency.In ferrous base chelating agent complex in the process of absorption of NO,SO2 is slow the absorption of NO oxygen makes complex absorption efficiency decline.In addition,Fe??CyS?2 is formed in the alkaline solution with reduction of SO2/OH-system,raising the absorption efficiency of NO.In the presence of CO2,CO2 could suppress Fe?EDTA?Fe??Cys?2?Fe?TEA three kinds of chelating ferrous solution complexing absorption of NO.Reason is that on the one hand is the CO2 in solution to form CO32-,and Fe2+ form sediment,Reduce the reaction of the substrate concentration,NO absorption efficiency decreases;On the other hand is the CO2 into the solution,reduce the pH of solution,In iron base chelating agent under complex absorption of NO suitable pH,NO complex absorption efficiency as the pH will be reduced.The three kinds of chelating ferrous solution complexing of NO absorption efficiency is with the temperature rising and falling,with the increase of concentration of NO import and slow down.The kinetic region of NO absorbed by Fe?TEA complex was determined by the interface reactor.It was confirmed that Fe?TEA solution absorbed NO gas for rapid 1 order reaction.The changes of complexation rate of Fe?EDTA,Fe??CyS?2,Fe?TEA three kinds of ferrous chelating solution under different influencing factors were studied.The rate of NO absorption of the three ferrous chelating agents chelating solution increases with the increase of the concentration of the reactants,increases with the increase of the NO inlet concentration,and rises with the increase of the temperature.The reaction enhancement factors of Fe?EDTA,Fe??CyS?2,Fe?TEA three kinds of ferrous chelating solution at different O2,CO2 and SO2 concentrations were investigated.The absorption efficiency of NO recovered by the three chelating solutions decreased with the increase of 02 concentration,decreased with the increase of COZ concentration,and decreased with the increase of SO2 concentration.
