Petrochemical industry is an important part of the industrial system in China.As one of the important industry in China,petrochemical industry plays a pivotal position in the national economy.In 2000,the demand of propylene approached to 5 million tons in China,and it instead of ethylene became the biggest basic raw material of petrochemical production.In recent years,the growth rate of propylene demand has been maintained at a high level,due to the rapid growth of its downstream derivatives demand,and it has been in short supply.OCT process is used in product of propylene process,as a mature process.Its process is short.Operating flexibility is relatively large,and it is easy to achieve product separation and purification,because of the large difference of boiling point between the components of the product.In addition,OCT process can make full use of a large number of surplus carbon four resources,and it can achieve the comprehensive utilization of carbon tetraene.Now,in the case of butene market downturn,OCT process as the key technology for expanding propylene production and making full use of residual carbon four OCT process getting more and more attention.Chemical dynamic process simulation technology makes full use of existing technology that take computer information technology as the core to improve chemical production in the aspects of overall and system in order to improve the overall productivity,economic benefits and social benefits.The goal of this paper is to establish a dynamic process simulation for a OCU unit that is building by a olefin disproportionation based on OCT process in order to produce propylene.The main contents are as follows:1.The concrete contents of OCT technology such as the process equipment,process parameters,manipulation flow and related mechanism are studied.Especially,the chemical reaction system involved in the process is analyzed from the view of process simulation.The simulation results are analyzed and discussed by determining respective independent reaction system,establishing the steady flow simulation of OCT process based on ASPEN simulation software,then obtain useful data for building dynamic process simulations.2.The dynamic process simulation of OCT process is established on the basis of process analysis and steady state simulation.It mainly includes physical property database,structural model,process unit equipment model,establishment of process control model,setting of process solution strategy,initialization of equitment and flow,control and interlocking program preparation,system debugging and so on.Finally,through the analysis of the dynamic characteristics and dynamic stability values,it is found that the dynamic characteristics of OCT process dynamic simulation are consistent with the actual results,and the calculation result is accurate,which proves that the dynamic process simulation is accurate and reasonable.This can better reflect the actual operation of OCT process equipment,which can be used for further application research.3.The established dynamic simulation system of OCU Unit can be used for exploring operation condition of starting or stopping instrument,studying control schemes,testing interlock conditions and logic.Finding the process is not reasonable in some way,and giving valuable suggestion for this.The established dynamic process simulation that have the function of real-time times speed and accident training can easily be used to train staff.
