Superhydrophobic surface,as one of the most important directions of wettability researching,has many special functions,such as,self-cleaning,anti-fogging,anti-icing and anti-oil etc.,and it also has a very well application in the fields of construction,oil and water separation and anti-corrosion.The superhydrophobic surface is the combined actions between the special micro-nano hierarchical rough structure of material surface and low surface energy surface.At present,there are numerous methods to construct the micro-nano hierarchical rough structure,but they are all complex and difficult to achieve large area.As a kind of semiconductor material,ZnO has unique photoelectric properties,and photocatalytic properties.What's more,it's low price,and more preparation methods,belong to environmental-friendly materials,which is widely used in semiconductor,photocatalysis and other fields.Therefore,ZnO will have a very good apply prospects in the field of super hydrophobic.In this paper,three kinds of micro-nano hierarchical structures of ZnO particles with different morphologies were prepared by hydrothermal method,coprecipitation method and self template method in three simple ways.Finally,the super hydrophobic surface of ZnO with excellent properties was prepared by hydrophobic modification.(1)Preparation of multi-scale ZnO superhydrophobic surface by hydrothermal method:With hydrothermal method taking zinc acetate dihydrate as zinc source,and alkaline environment was provided by C6H12N,sodium citrate was used as a structural inducer,then we explored different preparation conditions.The best experimental conditions for the preparation of multi-scale ZnO particles were showed belowed:0.1 mol/L the precursor concentration,95 ? hydrothermal temperature,8 h reaction time.Surface grafting modification of ZnO microspheres with micron-nano scale structure was used by self-made fluorocarbon resin derivatives,which can make the hydrophobic group of low surface energy on the surface of multi-scale ZnO,it also named fluorined polymer link,so as to meet the necessary conditions for constructing hydrophobic surface.The effect of the amount of fluorocarbon resin derivative on the contact angle of superhydrophobic surface was discussed,and maximum contact angle of superhydrophobic surface was determined,when the fluorocarbon resin derivatives weight was 0.8 times of Zinc Oxide weight,at the same time,the superhydrophobic surface with a contact angle of 151° was obtained,and the super hydrophobic surface has a certain resistance to soaking preparation.The ZnO and superhydrophobic surface were characterized by XRD,FE-SEM,FT-IR,EDS,Contact angle(CA).(2)Preparation of urchin-like ZnO superhydrophobic surface by coprecipitation method:micro-nano structured particles urchin-like ZnO were successfully obtained by coprecipitation method,the method is simple,easy and low energy consumption.The hydrophobic modification of FEVE silicone derivatives was used to give the product excellent hydrophobicity.The optimum preparation conditions for the preparation of urchin-like ZnO is coprecipitation method at room temperature:KOH provides alkaline environment,Zinc nitrate hexahydrate provides zinc ion,c(OH-)/c(Zn2+)is 8:1,zinc ion concentration is 0.1 mol/L,reaction for 24 hours at room temperature.Maximum contact angle of superhydrophobic surface was determined,when the fluorocarbon resin derivatives weight was 0.4 times of Zinc Oxide weight,superhydrophobic surface with a contact angle of 156° was obtained.Then the similar dust-cleaning effect test of superhydrophobic surface displayed superhydrophobic surface with self-cleaning effect is very good.(3)Preparation of spherical ZnO superhydrophobic surface by self-template method:The regular spherical Zinc Oxide micelle was prepared by self template method,and then ZnO ball face coated with surface active agent,then preparation of a regular micro-nano hierarchical structure of hollow ZnO spheres.The best preparation condition is that:the concentration of zinc acetate DEG solution is 0.20 mol/L at 160?reacting 2 h,the etching solution is 0.10 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution.Maximum contact angle of superhydrophobic surface was determined,when the fluorocarbon resin derivatives weight is 0.4 times of Zinc Oxide weight,superhydrophobic surface with a contact angle 152 ° was obtained.The contact angle was no change though the tap water soak 15 days,the prepared superhydrophobic surface has a certain ability to resist soaking.
