With the d eVelopment of science and technology,pollution has become a more and more serious problem.Deep hydrodesulfurization is an important route for the production of clean energy.In this work,The structure and composition of Ni(Co)/Al2O3 were characterized.Effection of additives on the HDS activity were also investigated.Firstly,phosphatized NiMo/Al2O3 was obtained by mixing NiMo/Al2O3 and NaH2PO2 followed by a thermal treatment in a fixed bed.Catalysts were characterized by XRD,NH3-TPD,ICP and XPS.The results showed that phosphorization step had a great influence on the surface acidity.Not only that,it is shown that catalysts after phosphorization r eVealed more active components on the surface.Catalysts after phosphorization exhibit much higher HDS activity that the ones that were not phosphatized according to the activity eValuation.Secondly,a A series of Ce-Al or Ce/Al2O3 were prepared though single-step or impregnation followed by the impregnation of CoMo.Supports were characterized by XRD,TEM,BET and Py-FTIR.Catalysts were characterized by H2-TPR and NH3-TPD.The results showed that the addition of Ce had a negative impact on the structure of Al2O3 and surface area.On the contrary,the acidity of catalysts were Significantly improved and Bronsted acid site were found to appear on the surface of the support.Catalysts exhibit higher HDS activity after the addition of Ce.At last,a series of nano Ni,Co and phosphides were prepared and characterized through XRD and TEM.These nano materials were mixed with Ni(Co)/Al2O3 to investigate the synergistic effect between them at last.
