At present,phosphorus trichloride is a batch of single-kettle production,enterprises in the new and expansion are 10,000 tons/year kettle intermittent device replication construction,not only requires a lot of equipment into a large number of plant,but also need a lot of workers.In this article,through analysis for the existing phosphorus trichloride production device,combined with gas whirl bubbling reactor,tower reactor,designed the "whirl + external circulation and forced circulation" reactor,fully chlorinated reaction process,the reaction heat of vaporization of phosphorus trichloride steam kinetic energy,form a whirl,make the material liquid has risen in a spiral,the use of diversion tube for effective segmentation,increase material running distance,improve the efficiency of mass transfer,increase the retention period of chlorine,ensure chlorine and yellow phosphorus reaction,avoid the generation of phosphorus pentachloride,improve product quality of the phosphorus trichloride;Forced circulation pump is used to change the material to send to the intermediate heat exchanger for cooling,the reaction heat removed from the liquid phase,in order to realize the redistribution of the heat reaction system,thereby reducing the evaporation capacity of phosphorus trichloride,increase plant capacity;Liquid chlorine to make use of mass flowmeter metering,the use of orifice meter to measure,steam chloride using liquid level gauge of yellow phosphorus storage tank liquid level measurement and use of mass flowmeter metering flow rate of yellow phosphorus,to achieve accurate measurement of chlorine and yellow phosphorus,again through the DCS system automation control,so as to realize the continuous tower of phosphorus trichloride production.After the pilot and industrial trial production verification,the tower of the continuous production process of raw materials consumption significantly lower than the old process,which decreased by 4.2%yellow phosphorus,chlorine reduced by 2.5%,labor costs reduced by 50%;factory construction investment is also significantly reduced.In summary,the tower continuous process is more advanced than the old process.
