Chemical Industrial Park sewage mixed complex components,high content of refractory pollutants and water quality fluctuation.This series of elements carries on the treatment and discharging standard of high difficulty.Currently,the more extensive application prospect is the ozone oxidation depth treatment technology.Therefore,in this paper, a new type of heterogeneous ozone catalyst was used to remove the pollutants from the mixed wastewater.In this paper,Pr?NO3?3?Mn?NO3?2?Ce?NO3?2 as precursor by the incipient wetness impregnation method to prepare series of catalysts for catalytic ozonation.Various methods were compared in the choice of preparation,finally prepared by impregnation of MnO2/Pr2O3/CeO2 doped catalyst.Based on the two effluent COD and UV254 removal efficiency in a chemical industrial park,the new multi phase doped optimum ozone catalyst preparation,and scanning election microscopy?SEM?,phase analysis?XRD? and surface area analysis?BET? Through some experiments that the preparation method of the catalyst system,we got the efficient way.The optimal catalyst active component Mn,Pr,Ce mass ratio of 1:5:2,according to the proportion of impregnation solution,impregnation time 10h ceramiste;muffle furnace roasting soaked ceramiste,500 degrees Celsius temperature,roasting time of 5h,a chemical industrial park two effluent COD and UV254 removal efficiency the highest.The prepared catalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscopy?SEM? and X ray diffraction ?XRD? phase analysis and specific surface area analysis?BET?.Based on determining the optimal multi phase doped MnO2/Pr2O3/CeO2 catalyst,for the Suzhou Xiangcheng District chemical industry park two plant effluent from Huangqiao wastewater treatment. Compared by Fenton oxidation complexation,complexation ozonation and catalytic ozonation,the catalytic ozone oxidation complexation feasibility,and to explore the influence of process parameters of ozone oxidation the broken network.Meanwhile,the application in Dan Beizhen Chemical Industry Park Lane two sewage treatment plant effluent and Hongze chemical industrial park wastewater used to investigate the effect of COD removal rate of Dan Beizhen backlands two sewage treatment plant effluent.50% effluent has a good effect on the removal of COD of Hongze wastewater catalytic ozonation oxidation,COD value below 100 removal rate can reach 32.9%.
