With the rapid development of science and technology,advanced manufacturing technology not only pursuits of perfection in processing accuracy,processing efficiency,processing costs and other aspects,but also constantly challenges the limit in processing dimensions.Thus,the micro-processing technology came into being,and micro-milling was one of the important processing methods of it.Micro-milling is one of the most widely used techniques in the field of micro-processing.Because of its high efficiency and flexibility,it has become a research direction of great development potential.The application of single crystal materials is very extensive,which brings great convenience for our daily life.The crystal orientation of single crystal materials is consistent,therefore dislocation is less and micro defects,including impurity atoms,are relatively less.Single crystal materials have good mechanical properties,tensile and shear strength,and ductility compared with other crystal materials.Therefore,it is necessary for us to study the processing property of typical single crystal components for further study.In this thesis,the development of micro-processing technology domestic and abroad is summarized first from three aspects:machines,cutting tools and processing mechanisms.Then the micro-milling theory of single crystal components is preliminary studied.Then the simulation of micro-milling of the different grain sizes polycrystalline components by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is carried out.Finally,through the single factor contrast experiment and orthogonal experiment,the experimental study of a variety of single crystal components is carried out,and the final conclusion of this thesis is obtained.In the part of single crystal components micro-milling theory research,this thesis analyzes the influence of different microstructure of the single crystal components on micro-milling mechanism and the state of single crystal on micro-milling processing quality,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of micro-milling of the single crystal components.In the part of micro-milling finite element simulation research,finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish micro-milling tool and workpiece model.Then use the model to do the micro-milling simulation of polycrystalline components of different grain sizes(coarse grained and fine grained).Select the reasonable milling parameters of micro-milling process to do the simulation and analyze the influence of milling parameters(milling speed and milling depth)on the milling force.Analyze the influence of grain sizes on the micro-milling mechanism and provide a reference for the further experimental research.In the part of single crystal components micro-milling process experimental research,select the AL1600 component to do the single factor contrast experiment and compare the results with the simulation results.Select the single crystal aluminum,single crystal DD98 and single crystal silicon to do the orthogonal experiment and find out the reasonable process parameters of the single crystal components in micro-milling and summarize the process characteristics.
