The topic studies the multiway pipe internal high pressure forming system.The purpose of the study is that using internal high pressure technology producing multiway pipe tubes.In the process of multiway pipes' production by traditional machining,the production processes are too many,and the consumption of material is much.If there is welding deformation,it will lead to the higher rejection rate.Due to the existence of weld and residual stress,the reliability is poor.What's worse,the inner surface is not smooth.However,the technology of internal high pressure forming can improve the material utilization,the intensity and stiffness of the parts and the product precision.It can also reduce the the production costs.As the demand of multiway pipe which is used in all kinds of medium and high pressure pipe is increasing,the design of multiway pipe internal high pressure forming system has become an important issue.This paper generally describes the technology of internal high pressure forming and the current status of T-branch pipe hydroforming technology on the basis of referring to a number of literatures home and abroad.According to the requirements of the experiment on multiway pipe internal high pressure forming,the paper has a research and designs the multiway pipe internal high pressure forming system.The design includes the principle of internal high pressure forming system,the stability analysis and control system of back-pressure system,and the numerical simulation of internal high pressure system.In the design of multiway pipe internal high pressure forming system,the writer introduces every section of the system as well as the principle particularly.In the important part of back-pressure system,the paper selects the hydraulic components.Then the paper makes a mathematical model of valve controlling cylinder system and analyses its stability.The paper also designs PLC control system of back-pressure system.Making simulation for the new designed system,which researching the impact of internal high pressure,axial feed and back pressure on the multiway pipe.
