Water hydraulic technology plays a more and more important role in the field of hydraulic transmission and control because of its advantages of safety,green and environmental protection.High pressure water mist fire extinguishing system is a typical application of hydraulic technology.And hydraulic calculation is the basis of system design.As the core component of the high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system,the performance of the zone control valve is related to the safety of the whole protection zone.At present,the study of them is relatively deficient.Therefore,this paper is mainly developed from the hydraulic calculation and the design of zone control valve.The main research work is as follows:1)The paper analyzes the reasons and types of the resistance loss in the high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system,and sums up the calculation method of the resistance loss of the typical resistance elements in the pipe network system.At the same time,the hydraulic calculation method based on AMESim is also introduced.With the resistance loss test,the accuracy of two methods is compared and analyzed.2)A kind of switch electromagnet is designed.Based on the finite element analysis of Ansoft Maxwell electromagnetic field,the influence of the structural parameters,the gap and the current on the suction characteristics of the electromagnet is analyzed.Through the electromagnet suction test,it is proved that the characteristics of the electromagnet suction can meet the requirements of opening and closing.3)The overall structure of the partition control valve is designed,and the structural parameters of the valve are preliminarily determined through the calculation of the static characteristics.By the analysis of dynamic process of zone control valve and establishment of mathematical model,the dynamic simulation model is established based on AMESim simulation software.The influence of the structural parameters and working conditions on the dynamic performance are analyzed,which laid the foundation for the optimization design of zone control valve.4)In the end,a prototype of zone control valve is developed.With the help of a test device for dynamic performance,the sealing performance test,flow-differential pressure characteristic test and dynamic test are completed.The test results show that leakage is only 0.003L/min at a pressure of 14 MPa and pressure loss is only 0.165 MPa at the flow rate of 100L/min,which basically achieve the desired objectives.
