With the progress of the technology level of the equipment manufacturing industry in China,The level and quantity of the mechanical automation equipment in foundry industry has greatly developed.Many foundry factories use high automated modeling production line,So as to change the production mode of artificial casting,improve the production precision and efficiency.However,some foundries still maintain the original manual pouring way in the molten iron casting link.In the process of casting,the hydraulic cylinder of transport section move randomly.If the pouring car can not synchronize with it,hot metal will be cast out,it has great risk.There are many deficiencies in artificial pouring,firstly,it requires that cast personnels must have mature operation.secondly,,artificial pouring is very dangerous.Therefore,in order to improve the safety and casting efficiency of the cast,it is very important that designing a set of safe and reliable,high synchronization accuracy,high automated hydraulic synchronous system to ensure that the casting hydraulic cylinder is synchronized with the hydraulic cylinder of transport section.It ensures the safety of the personnel and improves the production efficiency and the economic benefit.Design scheme use electro-hydraulic proportional position tracking synchronous control system,make the hydraulic cylinder of cast car track with the hydraulic cylinder of transport section,has good accuracy and synchronization accuracy.With the improvement of equipment manufacturing technology,the requirements of the synchronization accuracy will be improved,and the researches on the method of synchronous control is more and more popular.Therefore,it is significant to study the hydraulic synchronous control technology and improve the synchronization control precision and performance.In this paper,research and analysis the condition and performance requirements of hydraulic cylinder tracking synchronous system.According to the stress,structure,speed,movement and other conditions,The scheme of electro-hydraulic proportional position tracking synchronous control is adopted,and carry on the design and selection.Then get the mathematical model of the value-controlled nonsymmetrical hydraulic servo system ang the whole hydraulic closed-loop system.The closed-loop dynamic characteristic system is simulated on the basis of the MATLAB/Simulink.Because the dynamic quality of hydraulic cylinder forward and reverse motion are different,the forward and reverse motion of hydraulic cylinder is modeled and simulated.Then the PID controller is adopted to correct the system,and have improved the dynamic of the system.DSHplus simulation software is used to simulate the PID control system.The simulation results is the same as on the basis of Simulink.Finally,the fuzzy adaptive PID controller is adopted to correct the system,and have improved the dynamic of the system again.In this paper,the tracking synchronization system can meet the requirements of the synchronization accuracy of the system according to the simulation results.
