With the continuous progress of science and technology,a variety of mechanical processing technology level is constantly upgrading,in the social trend of the new,the traditional plate bending machine has been unable to meet the actual production needs.With the continuous development of the equipment manufacturing industry,the metal parts tend to be more precise,and the bending precision of the small plate bending machine is of great practical significance.This paper mainly focuses on the research of the synchronous position control system which affects the bending precision of the bending machine.At present,there are many different methods to control the synchronous position of the hydraulic bending machine.Most of the domestic use of torsion shaft synchronous block positioning,hydraulic synchronous block positioning,hydraulic synchronous machine fluid positioning,electro-hydraulic proportional synchronous positioning and other methods.For the hydraulic press brake block,the most fundamental requirement,that is,two(or more)hydraulic cylinder drive slider to run simultaneously,and in the process of operation,can be accurately positioned on any location.Through the analysis of several forms of synchronous control,electrohydraulic proportional position control can not only meet the requirements,but also can make the structure bending machine is simplified,the positioning accuracy is not affected by the synchronous system load,impact pressure and other factors,driving the slider running smoothly,no impact,easy to NC.This paper mainly bending electro-hydraulic proportional synchronous control system design and analysis of a plate,to establish the mathematical model of synchronous position control system,and use Matlab software to analyze the stability of the synchronization error of synchronous control system.The PID controller is introduced to determine the control parameters,so that the response speed and control accuracy of the synchronous control system with the addition of PID are improved.The rapidity,accuracy and stability of the control system are further enhanced by the combination of velocity feedforward and PID.By using AMEsim software,the simulation model of synchronous control system is established,and the effect of accumulator and orifice opening on the control system is analyzed.By using the simulation model of the HCD library overlapping synchronization control system,the stability of the synchronous control system is improved,and the synchronous motion accuracy is improved.
