With the development of society and economy,the sewage of city increases gradually.This has brought great pressure to the environment,How to realize the reduction and recycling of excess sludge have become a a big problem.human facing.Access to information,we know that Joining the photosynthetic bacteria can effectively promote the treatment effect of cracking sludge.And chlorella is also validated to better treatment effect of sludge crack.Generally speaking,photosynthetic bacteria and chlorella sewage experiments are need to sludge pretreated first.And the treatment with photosynthetic bacteria or chlorella for sludge needs to pretreat the sludge first.Ultrasonic crack is an important way to deal with excess sludge,and ultrasonic cavitations can burst cells zoogloea and rupture bacterial cell structure.Burst of bacterial cells will be released into the substance of cracking liquid.At the same time,after ultrasonic treatment,macro molecular organic matter and and refractory material in cracking liquid are broken into small molecules and easy degradation materials.The photosynthetic bacteria and chlorella can effectively promote the treatment of sewage,and the light is one of the main factors that influence its function.So my experiment designs four single factor experiments,which are "adding the different amount of photosynthetic bacteria","Light's impact with the same amount of photosynthetic bacteria","different amount of chlorella","Light's impact with the same amount of chlorella".And we analyze the treatment effects of cracking fluid of sludge by measuring the SCOD,protein,TN and TP's content of cracking fluid of sludge with national standard method.The experimental results show that,in general,with the amount of photosynthetic bacteria increasing,the various index of the treatment effect is better.While adding the same amount of photosynthetic bacteria,with the illumination time longer,and the strength of the light stronger,and the treatment effect will be better.And with the amount of chlorella increasing,the various index of the treatment effect is better.While adding the same amount of chlorella,with the illumination time longer,and the strength of the light stronger,and the treatment effect will be better.On the basis of single factor experiment,in order to find out the best experimental conditions,the experiment uses the response surface method to test out the results to get the best operating parameters:using the reduction of COD as response value,when the amount of photosynthetic bacteria is 19%,the amount of chlorella isl3.91%and light intensity is 2950 lux,the COD reduction is 1252.77 mg/L.Using the reduction of protein as Response values,when the content of photo synthetic bacteria is 19.23%,the amount of chlorella is 14.48%and light intensity is 2980 lux,the protein reduce at the amount of 507.3 mg/L.Using the reduction of the TP as response values,when the amount of photosynthetic bacteria is 19.67%,the amount of chlorella is 13.59%and light intensity is 2920 lux,TP reduction is 165 mg/L.Using the reduction of the TN as response value,when the content of photosynthetic bacteria is 19.23%,the amount of chlorella is 13.69%and light intensity is 2998 lux,the reduc-tion is 25.29 mg/L.Compared with single factor experiment,the removal rate and the removal rate of each index are improved.
