For its fast charge and discharge rate,large energy storage,large specific power,good stability and long life and other factors,supercapacitor is widely used in new energy and various types of electronic equipment.Now,the study of liquid supercapacitor had already been relatively mature,most focus are payed on the exploration of the electrode and the electrolyte.However,liquid supercapacitor structure is relatively complex,electrolyte stability is poor,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of high-power devices standards.In this paper,solid electrolyte materials are used to improve the performance and reliability of the devices,mainly study the performance of Ba Ti O3-based composite supercapacitors.The main work includes: the synthesis of powder materials,sample preparation,material characterization and electrochemical test,the test data analysis,the corresponding conclusions.The details are as follows:(1)Through the high-energy ball milling process to prepare the powder material required for the experiment;according to the XRD image,the crystal phases of the two phases were stable at 20 h,and the grain size of the materials was on the order of nanometer,and the particle size distribution was about 40 nm.(2)Used the coating process to produce chip super capacitor samples,PVB was used as organic flexible carrier,and prepared.PAB / Ba Ti O3,PAB / ? "-Al2O3 / Ba Ti O3 samples.Made the relevant electrochemical performance analysis,adding the diaphragm material,through the correlation analysis and data comparison,to explore the impact of diaphragm material in the solid super capacitor;adding the carbon as effective mechanism,The internal resistance of the samples was reduced,and the energy density and power density were lower than those of the PAB samples.(3)Prepared winding super capacitor samples,and the results of electrochemical analysis show that the cycle stability is good,1000 cycles of charge and discharge results show that the capacitance characteristics and no significant attenuation;the different magnification cyclic voltammetry tests also show good stability;the maximum capacitance of the wound sample is up to 14.26 m F/g,the energy density is 51.25wh/kg,and the power density is 2.11kw/kg.(4)Used the impedance frequency test,the equivalent circuit model of each composite material was established and fitted,explained the internal conductive mechanism from the microscopic point of view.
