A large number of waste polyester textiles not only cause serious pollution to the environment,but also cause serious waste of petrochemical resources.It is of great significance for the development of recycling and recycling of waste polyester textiles to alleviate the worldwide oil crisis and reduce environmental pollution.In recent years,many researches have been made on the recovery and utilization of colorless polyester.but there are few reports on the recovery of colored polyester.The difficult problem of recycling non-ferrous scrap polyester textiles,non-ferrous polyester textile recycling waste as raw material,and the conventional pure polyester as a reference,the research of waste polyester glycol alcoholysis technology,and explores the differences of two kinds of polyester material alcoholysis conditions.Using infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)composition and purity analysis and HPLC on alcoholysis products were tested and analyzed.In order to study the influence factors of feed raw materials with ethylene glycol ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time,reaction pressure,catalyst concentration and alcoholysis reaction,the alcoholysis rate and alcoholysis products terephthalate(BHET)yields are two main indicators,and final result was verified by orthogonal test.The results show that in the the catalyst concentration is 0.2%,the reaction pressure is 0.4MPa,the reaction temperature is 210,the reaction time is 3h,mass ratio of pet to ethylene glycol is 1:4,by alcoholysis completely,higher product yield and hydroxyl value.In order to improve the added value of the product,high purity ethylene terephthalate in this paper using the polyester alcoholysis in catalytic oxidation of two,catalyst three antimony,polycondensation reaction,formation of recycled polyester PET,the structure of product was characterized by IR,NMR,and by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis of characteristics and viscosity were tested on the regeneration of thermal properties and molecular weight of polyester.The results show that the structural performance of recycled polyester is good,without introducing or generate new impurities,the feasibility of industrial production.
