Flax roving scouring and bleaching process is the core technology of flax production,roving scouring and bleaching is to remove parts of the fiber pectin and lignin colloids,to improve flax fiber splitting degree and guarantee the necessary slip in fiber spinning draft and improve the quality of flax yarn.With the development of the concept of green textile,biological enzyme is gradually used in the flax roving scouring.Flax roving scouring has the advantages of environmental protection and energy saving and lighter fiber damage.Therefore,the first thing of the paper is to complete single factor experiment of biological enzyme scouring of flax roving,exploring the effects of enzyme scouring conditions on flax roving strength,fiber splitting degree and chemical composition content.After ortho-gonal test paper gets the optimal enzyme scouring process and optimal parameters are: enzyme concentration is 6g/L,scouring temperature is 58?,scouring time is90 min,p H of solution is 9 and bath ratio is 1:20.After optimized enzymatic scouring,the roving strength is 416 N,the fiber splitting degree is 796 Nm,the pectin content is 1.0097%,the lignin content is about 1.1901%,but the chemical composition content could not meet the requirement of the standard.On this basis,auxiliary chemical scouring and bleaching process is added in the paper.Firstly,single factor experiment with the concentration of sodium chlorite,sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide explores the effects of the auxiliary chemical scouring and bleaching on trend of flax roving strength,whiteness and fiber splitting degree.Secondly,with the method of variance analysis of orthogonal test,the optimal technological parameters of chemical assistant scouring and bleaching of flax rove are as follows: the concentration of sodium chlorite is 1.36g/L,sodium carbonate concentration is 4.96 g/L,hydrogen peroxide concentration is 4.61 g/L,bath ratio is 1:20.The strength of the combined treatment is 403 N,the whiteness is 71.12%,the fiber splitting degree is 1179 Nm,the pectin content of 0.8564% is close to the benchmark value of0.85%,the lignin content of 0.9257% is close to the benchmark value of 0.9%.In the combined scouring and bleaching process,the amount of sodium chlorate decreased from 3.33g/L to 1.36g/L by59.2%,the amount of sodium carbonate is reduced from 6.65g/L to 4.96g/L by25.4%,and the amount of hydrogen peroxide is reduced from 7.22g/L to 4.61g/L by36.1%.The combined scouring and bleaching process can not only meet the requirements of production process,but also reduce the amount of chemical dosage that pollutes the environment.The combined scouring and bleaching is used in yarn sample wet spinning of flax 36 Nm,based on the quality indexes such as tenacity and elongation of yarn,examining the effects of combined process.The spinning strength is 818.6c N,the yarn evenness is 29.97%,the whiteness of the yarn is 69.42% and the hemp particles achieve 4A level,the combined scouring and bleaching process has good effects,compared with the traditional scouring and bleaching process of the factory.The combined bleaching and bleaching is tested on flax roving such as 28 Nm,the test results show that the Fracture strength variation coefficient is 17.1%,the yarn evenness is29.16%,the whiteness of the yarn is 70.98% and the hemp particles achieve 4A level,the results of combined scouring and bleaching is better than that of traditional process.The above research provides a reference for the improvement of roving scouring and bleaching process,and provides a scientific basis for the further improvement of flax roving combined bleaching and bleaching process and the improvement of the quality of the combined scouring and bleaching yarn.
