This paper selects the surface water quality data of Ebinur Lake Watershed in 2014 and2016.First,a statistical method is used to evaluate the water pollution in the river basin.The whole situation of water pollution of surface water in Ebinur Lake Watershed was analyzed by means of hierarchical cluster analysis,discriminant analysis and factor analysis.Combine the time and space to identify water pollution indicators and pollution areas.Study on temporal and spatial differentiation of water quality based on joint analysis of spatio-temporal factors,and principal component regression analysis was used to analyze the pollution sources of the main water pollution factors in Ebinur Lake Watershed.Then the SPARROW model is used to evaluate the water quality of each section of the river basin?COD and TN?,and the results are compared with the multivariate statistical method.Pollution load simulation of surface water quality in Ebinur Lake Watershed Based on SPARROW model,and the pollution load distributions of different pollution sources in different reaches and sub basins are obtained.The influence of various pollution sources on water quality and the analysis of water pollution sources are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.Two methods to evaluate the surface water pollution in the Ebinur Lake Watershed overall situation,pollution source apportionment of water quality from the aspects of time,space,and other river sub basin,put forward suggestions on river basin water pollution control.The results of multivariate statistical analysis show that:?1?The pollution of surface water pollution in Ebinur Lake Wtershed in May is more serious than that in October.However,the pollution degree of Ebinur Lake,Bortala River and Jinghe River near the Ebinur Lake area is more serious than that of other rivers.?2?According to cluster analysis and discriminant analysis,the water quality sampling points of Ebinur Lake Watershed during the high water period and the dry season were divided into two groups: A and B.The A group includes the Ebinur Lake region,the eastern part of the lake,the Jinghe River,the Kuitun River and Sikeshu River.The B group includes the west of the Ebinur Lake region,the Bortala River and the Jinghe River.?3?The water bodies in the Ebinur Lake Watershed during the high water period and the dry season are mainly affected by COD,DO,NH3+-N and SS indicators.The value of water pollution index of B group is higher than that of A group.The B group has high pollution in the region,and the water environment control in Ebinur Lake Watershed should be mainly concentrated in the Ebinur Lake area,the Bortala River and Jinghe River,which are included in the B group.?4?The pollution degree of COD and TN on 5 sections is more serious in 2015 and 2016.The COD of the Jinghe section is much higher than the category V water quality standard,and belongs to inferior class Vwater,which is seriously polluted.The COD value of Bole,Wenquan,Jiangjunmiao and Jilede section in 2016 were lower than the value in 2015.The TN value in the Jinghe,Bole,Wenquan,Jiangjunmiao section is higher than 2015,but the TN of Jilede section is higher than in the 2015.?5?The Ebinur Lake,Jinghe River and the Bortala River water pollution mainly comes from organic pollution and nutrient pollution,followed by mining and industrial pollution;and the pollution of Kuitun River,Guertu River,Sikeshu River surface water is mainly affected by the organic pollutants,and the nutrient pollution source,but relatively weak effect is the effect of the biological pollution source.SPARROW simulation results show that:?1?The parameter simulation accuracy of SPARROW model R2 is 0.637,RMSE is 0.369,and the environmental factors of COD transmission process in the Ebinur Lake Watershed are river network density,slope,rainfall and soil permeability,and the environmental process is a first-order River attenuation.?2?The COD evaluation results of Ebinur Lake Watershed,COD concentration increased compared to 2014,each section of the COD pollution load distribution in 2014 and 2015 are basically the same,load large area in the Jinghe River tributaries,the Bohe River tributaries and the Kuitun River tributaries.In 2015 and 2014 compared to the load is too large,the load increase is mainly distributed in the Bohe River tributaries and most of the Sikeshu River a small portion of the COD tributaries,the pollution load large area in the Jinghe River tributaries,the Bohe River tributaries and the Kuitun River tributaries,the lower load distribution of Bohe river in Wenquan County.?3?In 2014,the percentage of allkinds of pollution sources in COD load was as follows: 27.9% of industrial pollution sources,54% of agricultural pollution sources and 17.5% of domestic pollution sources.In2015,the percentage of all kinds of pollution sources in COD load was 27.8% of industrial pollution sources,52.3% of agricultural pollution sources and 19.6% of domestic pollution sources.And in 2015,the percentage of all kinds of pollution sources in TN load was 23.9%of industrial pollution sources,48.9% of domestic pollution sources and 26.5% of agricultural pollution sources.The Ebinur Lake Watershed is mainly affected by agricultural pollution sources,the higher of agricultural pollution load is distribution in Bohe River tributaries,the Jinghe Rivera tributary,the Kuitun River tributary and the Ganjiahu sacsaoul forest reserve.However,the higher pollution load of industrial and domestic sources is mainly in cities and towns and their surrounding areas.The pollution source structure and pollution load of each sub basin have different spatial distribution characteristics.This paper uses the SPARROW model to establish the river downstream transmission,sub basins,load analysis of pollutants in each sub basin,and clear the focus of governance,in order to provide theoretical reference and technical support for water quality monitoring and protection of the Ebinur Lake Watershed in arid and semi arid regions.
