With the expansion of human being's economic activities, water pollution has become a global problem. Traditionally, water pollution source includes point source and non-point source according to how it is produced. A research links it to the extensive existence of non-point source, especially the agricultural non-point source which accounts for 64% and 57% of the total nutrition in American rivers and lakes respectively. In recent yeas, the agricultural non-point source pollution has become the focus of environmental pollution research in China. However, there is not research about evaluation and distribution of the agricultural non-point source nitrogen pollution in Jiangxi Province yet. So I will study the non-point source pollution by improved export coefficient modeling. Then I also analyse the pollution in Jiangxi province in order to provide basis of the Best-Management Practices.The data comes from the Jiangxi Province agriculture statistical yearbook in 1981 to 1985, from Jiangxi Province statistical yearbook in 1981 to 1985, from Jiangxi Province agriculture statistical yearbook in 2003, from Jiangxi Province statistical yearbook in 2001 to 2003 and of other statistical yearbooks .The data includes the area of plantation, population and the amount of livestock and poultry. The article analyses the difference between the characteristic of agriculture non-point pollution in 1980's and that of in 2000's by excel and other analyse modelings, and then some pictures are exported by GIS. The conclusion is that the agriculture non-point source nitrogen pollution is mainly composed of that of population and livestock and poultry. The mainly purpose of this article is which one is the influence factors of spatial- temporal distribution of agriculture NPS in Jiangxi Province. In the last part of the article some suggestion are given to counterpart the current agriculture NPS pollution in Jiangxi Province, and the author also hope that this paper can give reference for the Best-Management Practices of the non-point source nitrogen pollution for the future in Jiangxi Province for the future.The conclusion is:Firstly, the grade of environment pollution has been upgraded in 2000's. environment pollution of Most counties in Jiangxi Province has been deteriorated.Secondly, the amount of agriculture non-point source nitrogen latency load will be increased in the future. The mainly non-point source nitrogen pollution comes from habitants in 1980's, while from habitants and livestock and poultry, and, the amount of agriculture non-point source nitrogen latency load in 2000's will be increased in the future.Thirdly, considering the proportion of agriculture non-point source nitrogen latency load, the conclusion is animals, and farmland area, the paper makes the conclusion that the agricultural non-point sources are mainly from the non-point nitrogen pollution of population and farmland, which are relatively stable, and the non-point source nitrogen pollution of livestock and poultry changes greatly.Finally, the nitrogen latency load amount of livestock and poultry is the most active one; Its latency load amount and its proportion is not consistent with it's environment nitrogen latency load amount.
