Compounds derived from pyrazole ring as most of them had high biological activity were widely used in medicine,agriculture and so on.This paper focused on the research progress of the synthesis of pyrazole derivatives.In chapter one,we mainly focused on the application of pyrazole compounds and summarized the research progress of the synthesis of such compounds.In chapter two,we had researched an efficacious method for the synthesis of poly-substituted pyrazole compounds with hydrazones and nitroolefins catalyzed by copper.Under the conditions of CuCl catalysis,a series of pyrazole derivatives were synthesized by adding sodium carbonate and refluxing in dioxane solution.By selecting substrates with different groups,we could synthesize 1,3,4-trisubstituted or 1,3,4,5-tetrasubstituted pyrazoles regioselectivity.The reaction was easily to operate with cheap and low toxicity CuCl catalyst and exhibited a better substrate suitability with the highest yield of target products up to 95%.
