Derivatives containing pyrazole skeletons are widely used in agriculture,medicine and chemical industries.This paper mainly focused on the synthesis methods of pyrazole compounds and the functionalization of pyrazole ring,mainly introduced the progress in synthesis of pyrazole structure,the functionalization of pyrazole ring and the synthesis method of multicomponent one-pot synthesis polysubstituted pyrazole compounds.In the first chapter,we mainly introduced the synthesis progress of pyrazole structure and the functionalization of pyrazole ring,including1,3-dicarbonyl compounds or the?-?unsaturated carbonyl compounds condensation with hydrazines;1,3-dipole ring addition reaction;multicomponent reactions and other synthetic methods,which focus on the reaction of hydrazones and nitroolefins.In addition,this chapter also introduced the functionalization of the previously prepared pyrazole compounds through the C-C and C-N cross coupling.In the second chapter,we studied a method which copper/cobalt co-catalyzed multicomponent for the synthesis of polysubstituted pyrazole compounds,we were going to benzaldehydes and nitromethanes as reaction substrates,sodium carbonate as base,1,4-dioxane as solvent,a series of polysubstituted pyrazole compounds were synthesized by the Cu?PPh3?2NO3/CoCl2 co-catalyzed with hydrazones.This method provided a new synthesis method for synthesis of pyrazole compounds due to cheap substrates,simple operation,excellent regional selectivity and the advantages of multicomponent reactions.
