The complicated compound,long life,double-function,complex oxide loaded catalysts were successfully prepared in a large-scale.In addition,the mechanical strength and reacting stabilities were greatly improved.The several correlated key technology problem in the key equipment ? the catalytic reactor such as the design and manufacture suitable to the extreme conditions were resolved.We successfully carried through a series of catalytic elimination experiments of rocket propellant contamination namely the scale of 2m3/h,20m3/h.We exploited the Active Cabon Adsorption ? Catalytic Oxidation technology for the treatment of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine(UDMH)contamination and constructed 120kg/h experiment device for the user.The excellently advantage of this catalytic elimination technology is which can safely simultaneous elimination for unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine(UDMH)contamination with high efficiency.The vent gas was qualified for the standard proscribed in GJB3485-98.The study will be greatly upgraded the technique lever for the propellant transfer and adding,protect the heath of soldiers and promote the advancement of national defence as well.
