Pyrimidines are a type of six-membered heteroaromatic ring structure containing two nitrogen atoms in the meta position.Due to their own specific chemical properties, they are widely used in the fields of medicine and functional materials. In the first chapter of this thesis, the application of pyrimidine compounds and a series of research in the synthesis of pyrimidines by many chemists are introduced in detail;in the second chapter, the process for synthesizing 2,4,6-trisubstituted pyrimidines with chalcone, benzyl alcohol and NH4OAc as raw materials under the action of Cu(OTf)2,TEMPO and NMM is specifically elaborated.Ammonium acetate provides two nitrogen atoms in the six-membered ring of pyrimidine. This process has the advantage of using inexpensive Copper(II)trifluoromethanesulfonatet as catalyst and operating in solvent-free,mild conditions.Unsym-Dimethylhydrazine has obvious advantages in aviation and weapons, but leakage to the ecological environment has great harm. The second work of this thesis focuses on solving the problem of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine in wastewater.According to the current research schemes of domestic workers in the treatment of unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine, that is,physical, chemical and biological methods, our research group proposes an efficient treatment method is the adsorption of unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine by using the hydrogen-type strong-acid anion exchange resin. The advantage of this solution is that the hydrogen-type strong-acid anion exchange resin is cheap and easy to obtain and repeatable to use,and the operation is simple. The unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine can be recovered. This process fundamentally solves the problem of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine wastewater and will not cause secondary pollution.
