Since the last century,the core technology of CNC machine tools has been firmly in the hands of Japan,Germany,the United States,Switzerland and other developed countries.In order to actively study and use of foreign advanced manufacturing technology,in the last century of 80 s and 90 s a lot of advanced CNC machine tools has been introduced from abroad.These machine tools based high degree of automation,played a huge role in the introduction of the first few years of ten years,won the customers for the enterprise,create benefits,but with the passage of time,the machine has a lot of disrepair,spare parts supply,production process does not change in the idle semi idle state,cause the waste of corporate assets.These CNC machine tools have a common characteristic: the mechanical part of the basic condition,good precision,electrical aging serious fault constantly,the function of the control system is seriously lagging behind,resulting in idle.If the latest CNC system is used to replace the electrical control system of the original machine tool,the transformation and upgrading of the idle NC machine tool can be realized,which can not only make full use of the existing resources,but also save a lot of money.Transformation of the machine is only about one hundred thousand yuan,while the purchase of a new configuration of the CNC machine tools will need hundreds of thousands or even millions of investment,economic benefits are very significant.Therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to study the transformation of idle machine tools.Based on the analysis of HASS VF-3D vertical machining center of the original NC system,servo system,logic control,mechanical structure,the main scheme of CNC system used in engineering education and practice in training are discussed,finally determined to use practical reconstruction scheme,namely the replacement of NC system,servo drive spindle motor and inverter,retention mechanical components,good rigidity,to adjust the main.The new SINUMERIK 808 D numerical control system,the SINAMICS V60 servo drive system and the MICROMASTER420 converter are introduced in this paper to improve the system.After the main modification scheme is determined,the mechanical analysis is carried out on the machine table.Analysis of the timing control of CNC machining center tool,designed the electrical control circuit and the PLC program bamboo hat type knife library,the three functions of the knife from the knife,knife,the knife is changed.According to the specific configuration and requirements of the machine tool,the parameter design of NC system,servo driver and frequency converter is completed.The main functions of the machine tool are verified through the debugging and running of the system.Finally,the positioning accuracy of the machine tool and the repeatability of the positioning accuracy of the machine tool are detected by the API XD-3D laser interferometer,and the compensation table is generated.In accordance with the national standard of GB9061-1988,the machine tool is run without load,and there is no fault.In accordance with the requirements of the drawings were cut into pieces cut processing test of national standard GB/T20958.2-2007,try cutting results show that after the transformation of the machine tool in processing efficiency and usability have increased significantly,the positioning accuracy of CNC machine tool A<0.004 mm interferometer detection by laser,repetitive positioning accuracy R<0.003 mm.Since the input of teaching application and enterprise external processing service for half a year after the transformation,the equipment running in good condition,to meet the needs of operation and programming of CNC machining center and other training courses,improve teachers and students practical ability.The success of the transformation of the machine tool,invigorated the idle assets,access to better economic and social benefits.
