"Made in China 2025" has clearly pointed out that China's manufacturing industry is needed to be fully automated,intelligent,and CNC technology is no exception.However,many small enterprises in the profiling processing production still exists more manual operation,the labor intensity of workers is greater,and it can not meet the needs of modern production.Therefore,the development of a small business for low cost,economical and practical,simple hardware structure of the prototype lathe CNC system to improve the production capacity of small enterprises.The technical staff in the field need to solve the problem.In this paper,the wood sculpture for the study of the contents of the study,the following work:Firstly,the algorithms of geometric transformation,point operation and contour tracking in digital image processing are analyzed and studied.With these algorithms,it can read the data of two-dimensional images in different formats.The target object is extracted from the background data and feature can be recognized.Then,the intersection is obtained by using the cut-off method and the extracted peripheral contour data,and the tool path is obtained by the path generation method.On this basis,with the digital integration method in the interpolation,linear interpolation is used in the straight line part,and the curve part approximates the contour curve obtained by image processing with tiny straight line.The interpolation operation of the irregular outer contour curve is performed in the generated tool path.The lower computer system is designed by taking the minimum system of STM32 microprocessor as the core and using the external memory module,communication module,proximity sensor and photoelectric isolation module.And the FT232 R serial chip is used for serial communication between the lower computer and the host computer.During communication,processing data will be transported through the serial port and stored in the external memory.In processing,the data in the external memory is read successively for interpolation operations.The results of test show that the designed two-axis CNC system has good performance.It can meet the requirement of the PC-based CNC system and achieve the identification of two-dimensional images and complex shape of the product processing and can achieve the desired results,meet economical and practical,simplify the NC operation and have a good application prospects.
