In this paper,The natural rubber was modified to get the polyfunctional natural rubber in the Na H / MAH system through the hakke by using the reaction processing method.In this way,the natural rubber is not modified by the solution method,which avoid the use of organic solvent and reduce the pollution of the environment.The structure of MFNR was characterized by FTIR.It was found that the carbonyl and carboxyl groups were successfully lead into the macromolecular chain of natural rubber.It showed that the gel could not be found in the process of MFNR preparation.The production was not crosslinking and degradation.The properties of MFNR reinforced by carbon black was characterized by the NaH and MAH changes in the amount of substance consumption.The results showed that the mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber improved,compression heat build-up and permanent deformation decreased significantly,the bound rubber content increased,the system had a small amount of ionic bond.The metal salts of unsaturated carboxylic acids would reinforce rubber matrix the reason that the metal salts of unsaturated carboxylic acids would be polymerized and partially grafted to the rubber molecules forming crosslinking network under the DCP.The rubber vulcanization was most common for sulfur.The vulcanized rubber had excellent performance.Zinc methacrylate(ZDMA)was a kind of excellent activity of rubber additives,This paper adopted peroxide and sulfur curing system,by changing the DCP and sulfur content,further investigated the ZDMA/ carbon black in MFNR reinforcing behavior.The results showed that with increasing the amount of DCP(1-3phr),the compound of scorch time and curing time was shorted,the crosslink density increased,compression heat build-up and permanent deformation showed a decline trend after by rise,when the amount of DCP reached 3phr,the tensile strength decreased significantly.With the increase of sulfur(0-2phr),the scorch time increased,the vulcanization rate and crosslinking density increased,compression fatigue deformation decreased.When the amount of DCP in 1.5-2phr,the sulfur content in the 0.5phr,the rubber had good comprehensive performance under the composite curing system.Zinc methacrylate(ZDMA)was a kind of excellent of rubber additives,this paper adopted the ZDMA/ carbon black,ZDMA/ silica to reinforce MFNR and studied ZDMA and traditional reinforced filler on the performance of MFNR,and the results showed that the scorch time increased,the vulcanization rate speed up;improved the mechanical properties,compression heat build-up and permanent deformation reduced.By SEM electron microscope photographs showed that filler particles presented nanoscale dispersed in MFNR.The system generated a large number of ionic bonds.
