In order to improve the micro-porosity media reservoir recovery efficiency of shale,tight or low permeability reservoirs,the research of intelligent mining technology for oil and gas well network is put forward..Based on the investigation of oil and gas completion technology,this paper introduces the development trend of intelligent completion technology and the research progress of residual oil monitoring technology at home and abroad.Through the innovative design such as real-time monitoring,ground control and remote control of oil and gas reservoirs,the application level of operation management and engineering technology can be achieved.According to the present situation about the development of intelligent completion technology and the conventional completion technology to be solved,this paper designs a kind of intelligent mining well structure which based on oil and gas well networking,There are three main innovations:(1)In the underground installed the flow sensors,temperature sensors,pressure sensors and acoustic sensors,through the wellhead wireless network to achieve data collection,packaging,compression,transmission work;(2)Designed the underground intelligent sliding sleeve device which is convenient to separate oil production and water injection;(3)Optimized and improved the wellhead oil production tree device to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.Through the design and improvement of the well structure,the intelligent well structure,the maximum oil production and the energy saving of the production equipment have been finally realized.This paper by the usage of the ANSYS software to complete the intelligent sliding sleeve thermal-stress simulation analysis,obtained the stress and strain under the given temperature and radiation conditions of the intelligent sliding sleeve,After the analysis,the strength of the intelligent sliding sleeve accord with the design requirements,it can work in high temperature and high pressure environment.In this paper,ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the thermal-structural coupling of the wellhead tree.According to the simulation results,the temperature,stress and strain analysis of the oil tree structure of the pumping well are found to meet the design requirements and practical work requirements.In this paper,through the establishment of inter well numerical inversion and intelligent dynamic simulation mathematical model,using the method of collection of Kaman filter(EnKF)to achieve noise reduction,dynamic numerical simulation the distribution of the shale oil horizontal wells remaining oil,the feasibility scheme of horizontal well infilling and the sensitivity analysis of profit and loss under different oil prices are carried out.The analysis results show that the intelligent mining technology of "oil well" networking can dynamically monitor the remaining oil between wells,and achieve the goal of intelligent production and enhanced oil recovery.According to the design and research of intelligent mining technology that based on “well networking”,the intelligent real-time monitoring,environmental protection,dynamic adjustment of the dynamic balance of underground wells are achieved.The related design and analysis theory provides important theoretical guidance for the further research and development of future intelligent completion technology.
