Heterocyclic compounds possess diverse biological activities,and most pesticides have heterocyclic pharmacophore.Due to their high biological activity,pyrazole amide compounds have attracted the attention of pesticide community.Among the various pyrazole amide compounds,chlorantraniliprole has become one of the most important pesticides in recent years because of its high insecticidal activity,long shelf life,and environmental friendliness.With chlorantraniliprole as the basic structure,the heterocyclic structure was introduced into the structure to make the structural transformation,which had became the hotspot of the major companies,and a series of novel and biologically active compounds were reported.In this paper,three sites of chloroplast benzamide structure were modified by literature review,and a series of new insecticides were synthesized in the third phase.The structural formula of the chlorobenzene benzamide and the modified new compounds are as follows:In this paper three series of novel compounds were designed and synthesized:(1)pyrazole amide compounds containing thiadiazole(2)pyrazole amide compounds containing oxadiazole(3)pyrazole amide compounds containing aminopyridine.Their structures were verified by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR),and the insecticidal activities were tested.For the compounds with excellent bioactivity,the synthesis processes were optimized.The structureof the three series of new compounds are as follows:...
