Mine gas is a kind of dangerous substance in coalmine that may affects the safety production of the coals,threatens the life safety of the coal miners,and restricts the development of coal industry in our country.As the coal mine gas hazards,it affects the safe production of coal mine,threatens the life safety of the coal miners,and restricts the development of coal industry in our country;At the same time,the gas is a clean and efficient energy,therefore,carries on the mine gas extraction can not only eliminate the gas accident potential danger and ensure the safety of coal mine production,but also can provide a lot of clean energy.Based on the present situation of the gas extraction at home and abroad,this paper takes the Huang Li Gang coalmine 1402 coalface and 3212 coalface as the test objects.According to the characteristics of the thin coal seam,the high gas content,and the poor gas permeability and geological conditions,the migration paths and abundant region of pressure-relieved gas of large-flow and high-concentration in gob was studied by means of strata displacement theory as well as gas movement regularity of gob.According to the characteristics of the mine,roof-crossing borehole drainage method is chosen as the main gas drainage methods,gas drainage parameters was designed,and has been successfully tested.Gas drainage efficiency has been improved,and the phenomenon of gas-over-limit was eliminated.Roof-crossing borehole drainage method is suitable in Huang Li Gang coalmine.It makes the gas mining safe,high efficiency,and green.
