The measurement of the deformation field is the most basic and important part of experimental mechanics.With the increasing demand for measurement accuracy,speed and environment,more and more experimental measurement methods are applied to the measurement of deformation field.And it is necessary to study a more effective and versatile experimental measurement method.Based on this point,this paper makes a comparison and research on the material and measurement methods of structural strain which are widely studied and applied at present.The working principal,advantages and disadvantages of strain gauge and various interferometric methods are mainly introduced.And the digital image correlation method in the domain of experimental mechanics is found great advantages by comparison.Therefore,this paper defines the direction of research on digital image correlation method.This paper first introduces the three-dimensional imaging model of digital image related system,binocular 3D reconstruction principle and camera calibration method.And then a simplified binocular three-dimensional reconstruction method is presented,which paves the way for the principle of single-handed translational 3D digital image correlation system.Then,this paper introduces the principle and detail process of single-pixel translation three-dimensional digital image used in the design of digital image related system.The method of solving the singular value of the overdetermined equations is introduced,and the feature detection and model matching techniques and clustering analysis techniques involved in the experiment process are introduced in detail.Finally,a three-dimensional digital image correlation system is designed in this paper.The reasons for the selection of equipment and instruments in the design process are described in detail,as well as the considerations on the mechanical loading platform,the camera control platform and the three-dimensional reconstruction program design.Therefore,the large deformation of rubber was measured by using the monoc ular translation 3D digital image correlation system designed in this paper,and the rationality and practicability of the design instrument were verified by the experiment and results The main works and conclusions in this dissertation can provide an important reference value for the theoretical research and engineering design of micro thin plates with holes.
