With the development of computer technology, digital printing technology is gradually formed, which is a combination of machinery and computer information technology. All the image information on the final output image of the digital printing equipment is processed by digital image reconstruction algorithm and converted into the form which could be put into pressing. So the image reconstruction in digital printing process directly influences the effect of digital printing and the speed of image processing.Based on the application of digital printing equipment, this thesis constructed the work platform, which PC graphics is used for digital pre-press processing and main board(FPGA) for printing process control, digital image reconstruction in digital printing process is studied. By analyzing the working principle of the digital printing equipment, the digital image reconstruction process is introduced. The original input image is converted into KCMY color data by using the raster image processor(RIP) in this thesis. In the VC6.0 environment, the image data is processed and converted into the data matrix which can be identified by the lower computer. It involves the PRN format file for resolution, KCMY four color data extraction, filtering denoising, offset addition, data reorganization and redistribution. In order to reduce the distortion of the original image in the process of screening, a variable point printing method is proposed. At the same time, the image filtering algorithm is simulated with the help of Matlab software. The concept of the popular Internet of things is also introduced. The research of WIFI wireless control method is studied based on the traditional PC control mode and Eclipse as the development platform for the development of mobile terminal control software. Finally, the equipment platform established in this system is used for digital printing, debugging and testing. In view of the problems and test results of the debugging and testing process were analyzed and summarized, and looked forward to the next step.This thesis illustrates the whole process of digital image from the aspects of prepress processing principle and method in detail. The desired results have achieved through the actual test results, which lays a solid foundation for further study.
